I got my nails done at this place, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!. It is very unhygienic, the staff treats you poorly, and in my experience, they do a bad job on your nails. They did my nails incorrectly. At first, they told me they could do the design I showed them, but by the end of the appointment, they said they couldn't do it, so I had to choose something much simpler. On top of that, the nails were poorly done, and one of my fingers was made to bleed. The tools they use are very unhygienic--they look dirty and reused. Never coming back. The only reason this place is open has to be the location, the reason I stopped in. It was absolutely filthy and I received the worst pedicure of my life there. I chose the least expensive pedicure because I really only needed a polish change. I didn't tell them that because I was willing to pay for a full pedicure but I sure didn't get one. The woman who did the pedicure was finished in 15 minutes flat. She cut down my nails, slapped on a bit of cuticle softner, ran a bit of scrub across my lower legs, swiped three times across the bottom of my feet, and called it done. I had to ask her for a second coat of polish because I could still see my nail bed with one. Who only puts one coat of polish on? Then, she took her razor sharp thumb nail and used it like a knife to slice the extra polish off my cuticle. I nearly jumped out of the chair from the pain and was shocked I didn't bleed. I went here because my regular nail salon is closed on Sunday's and needed my nails done for my engagement pictures this week. All the other places I tried were Appt only or booked. My friend and I were able to do a walk in here and be seen pretty quickly. The lady that did my feet was very attentive and did good work. Another lady did my acrylics full set and did a horrible job. I'm actually pretty sad about it. As you can see on my pictures below the lines are not straight and she even missed adding the material on parts of both my thumbs. I think she was working too fast. I will say she did "try" to fix it but the end product was still not that good. I ended up just letting it go because I was tired of being here since I got my feet done before my nails. If this is the same glamour nails in concord mills. They are the worst! I took my mom there who has a little confusion and they took advantage of it. I left for 20 minutes and they didn't even do what I told them to do but did extra things like waxing eyebrows, lip and etc. which had already been done somewhere else 2 days prior, so it was obvious that didn't need to be done. I told her to do a pedicure and redo gel polish on her fingernails that was it, which wasn't done. She claimed she cleaned her fingers nails and did the pedicure and charged 77$. If I could I would give them a 0. I took my mom and sister to this nail salon for a mother daughters day out. We all got French tips done. The staff was friendly and in the shop it looked as though they done a good job. The next day my mom.called me and told me her nails were chipping off. I then looked at mine and noticed several of mine were chipped. While we were in the shop the nail tech told us they should last 2 to 3 weeks. Ours lasted not even 24 hrs. I spent 100 bucks not including tip for junk nails. I called the salon because we live an hour away. They guy who answered said if we came i that day he would look at it and see if they could fix it for an EXTRA fee! Ummmm no I already payed and i'm not driving an hour for you to charge me again. They do "okay" here. I keep it simple and only get a monthly mani/pedi with my natural nails. I will admit that when I get my nails done here, the color on my nails does not last nearly as long as when I do it myself (I don't do shellac). I typically bring my own color so it must be their topcoat. It seems to chip after just a couple of days...the staff seems nice and they do out an effort to make you feel pampered. They offer a "spa/luxury" service here. This add-on is a hit-or-miss. It's supposed to be specifically to remove excess dead skin, but shouldn't that be included in a pedi anyway??? Usually it's a nice service because they use a soothing lotion and scrub. However, once I had one and didn't notice much difference in my heels. I told the tech when I returned the next time and she promised that if I tried it again there would be a noticeable difference. This time I watched her open a new callous file and certainly it made a difference. My gripe is that she had to be told. Took my 8 year old sister here to get pedicures while shopping for her birthday. Definitely the most expensive "basic" pedicure i've gotten. the cheapest they said was $40 when i know the place down the road does a good job for $25 but it was sunday and they were closed so we stayed. you would think a $40 pedicure would be good but i was in the chair for maybe 20 minutes. same with my sister. hers was $20 which is normal for kids. it was a good pedicure just not worth $40 in my opinion. probably won't go back. the staff was friendly but the salon was so tiny and there was only a few people in there but felt chaotic to me. wouldn't recommend it unless your other options aren't available. left the place spending $70 and felt like i was definitely ripped off read more

I was shopping in mall and decided to get my 6 year olds nails painted for her first day of school. My daughter has gotten her nails painted countless times so she is a lady that knows what she likes. She asked for an emoji face. The technician scolded her the entire time for moving her hand which I understand wanting her to set still however the tone she used was unacceptable. I was out with a friend and decided to give this place a try. I am very picky and already have a personal mobile nail tech, however, Aaron was awesome!! I had no wait, walked right in and was seated. He asked me what I would like to have done to my nails and I explained to him the shape and length I wanted. My nails were done to perfection and promptly. Worst pedicure I've ever had. The lady I had was very rough, kept sticking me with her nails, and did a poor job of removing my dead skin. Her shirt had food stains in several places and the furniture definitely needed freshing up. I was on my phone when she put oil on my legs. 2 minutes for oil on both legs, lotion on one leg and massage. Charged me $35. Another gal could tell I was upset and asked me what was wrong. When I told her I was very unhappy she seemed upset I was upset. She offered to do my nails. I told her it wasn't necessary but she said she felt bad and would do them. She did a great job and my faith was restored until... She gave me a ticket for $18. She gave me a lousy $2 discount. I thought they were comping me for the bad service. Do not go here! I tried this place as we were already at the mall and my usual salon Anthony Vince was a 38 minute drive. I do dip powder and have for years so know the process like the back of my hand. They did a horrible job with the dip powder and didn't know what they were doing at all. Only my accent nail looked somewhat decent. They did the dip and then instead of using a dremel like the should they used a filing block only. They left a ridge abed gap between my cuticles and the color and you could see the layering of the powder. They could not see what was wrong and kept trying to convince me they could fix it when I wanted to leave. 2 hours later I left with no top coat on as they were that bad and I had to go to Anthony Vince to get them fixed and thank God they took me in immediately. This place also tried to put my nails under UV light which you're NOT supposed to do with dip powder at all. My nails were not even length either. In hindsight I should have refused to pay for the garbage job this place did, but since they already used supplies I decided to anyway. This place wasn't clean and was gross as well. If you want nice nails every time Anthony Vince is the way to go! read more

The only reason I give glamour nails one star is because zero isn't an option. When I arrived there was only one other customer. I requested a deluxe mani-pedi and French gel polish on both hands and feet. During my pedicure, before she even began my polish, THREE seperate times other people came in requesting eyebrow waxing and she left me THREE TIMES to do eyebrows!! Before my polish I had been there for over an hour.. While applying my French gel polish on my toes, I noticed that she had never applied the pink "health" clear coat. When I asked her why, she stated "you can't see it and it makes no difference so why bother, we don't carry it." She was very rude in her response. She never even exposed my toes to the light, and when I asked why she said "we don't do that for feet" and quite obviously laughed at me. At this point I'm very upset. I told her not to even bother with the manicure, at this point I had been there for two and a half hours. I only wanted French gel polish and please hurry I have things to do. Again she stops mid polish to do ANOTHER set of eyebrows. I'm so irritated at this point I can barely keep quiet. My polish is uneven and looks terrible. I had to ask her to redo half of them. Then when I asked for the lights, she blatantly rolled her eyes and went to retrieve them. After all of this, this is the absolute worst part. I have a new chase card with the chip and their machine failed to read it. She SHOUTED at me that I have no money and I need to have someone bring money or she was calling security. I was HORRIFIED. It was a possibility chase had "hot carded" me due to the fact that my husband and I had just gotten back from a trip to Virginia beach and I had used my card once. I called chase and they assured me I would have received a text and an email had that happened and that there was a significant amount of money in my account. The entire conversation was on speaker. So then she calls her company and after forty five minutes, they were able to run my card. I am absolutely disgusted at my experience with this company and the way I was treated, ignored, and humiliated. Complete lack of professionalism. I had my nails done with acrylic and with gel nail paint, it took less than two days for my acrylic thumb nail to fall off. It's been one week I had it done and now my other nails are started to fall off . My sister and I was shopping at this mall a while back and I am now writing this review bc I just created a yelp account. So we went and try out this place for manicures. My gel manicure was not done right I peel it the same day, it was such a rush but not as bad as my sister's lol she literally had a 5 min manicure, maybe even less. They didn't know we could understand Vietnamese be they thought we were Philippines and they were saying "these people are cheap, don't waste your time on them", how would they know that it was our first time there. #rude, I almost did not want to tip not bc they said that but bc it really was a horrible manicure but I still did. Frauds, unhygienic, and unprofessional. Going here was the worst decision! Since it is a mall salon, they know that a lot of travelers come by and they know that they will likely never see these customers again, so they do horrible jobs knowing that the customer is not going to come back...so the idea is to get them while you can?They seem nice when you walk in, but they show their true side once they have you seated. Please tell me why the lady thought it was okay to charge me for painting my ring finger a different color? Since when is it okay to try to scam people for every nickel and dime? I have been getting my nails done for more than 15 years now and I have never had to pay extra money just for using two nail polishes instead of one--in the past I have had each finger a different color and still was not charged extra. I a disgusted and I plan on contacting the county health services because I saw a lot of obvious health violations going on. Ok, where do I even begin. A girlfriend and I went into the nail salon this morning. We were the first ones there so we were seated for our pedicures first. Ok great. The lady that was doing my pedicure did not know what she was doing at all!!! She looked like someone's mom so I'm not sure if she even had a license. I didn't know a pedicure was supposed to hurt. I was only in the chair about 10 minutes. The basic pedicure process wasn't even done like at other nail salons I've been to before. I had to ask about clean tools and when she painted my toes there was polish all over my skin and she didn't even get it off with nail polish remover and the brush like they usually do at other nail salons. There are air bubbles in my polish. Never experienced that before so why did I have air bubbles at this salon? I was just like whatever so in to my fill in and nail repair. TERRIBLE! The nail she repaired was so big and wasn't the same shape as my other nails. I had to keep pointing out numerous times that something wasn't done correctly. Of course, every time that I mentioned something she wanted to talk in her language to her colleagues. It's evident they talk about you if you don't like something. Poor customer service. After being cut so many times I finally got up from her chair and let another younger lady finish my nails and fix all her mistakes and I'm still not satisfied. I will never go here again.
