They were rough handling my hands, used a drill bit at 10 speed to remove the nail polish. They only lowered the speed of the drill bit at towards the end because I was crying. The other staff member seated next to her did nothing to resolve the issue. Afterwards, she used her finger nails to dig into my cuticles and skin. I don't recommend anyone get a gel manicure by this particular staff member. Also, when applying the gel polish and using the LED light, the light instantly began to burn due to improper application of the gel polish.

I chose the least expensive pedicure because I really only needed a polish change. I didn't tell them that because I was willing to pay for a full pedicure but I sure didn't get one. The woman who did the pedicure was finished in 15 minutes flat. She cut down my nails, slapped on a bit of cuticle softner, ran a bit of scrub across my lower legs, swiped three times across the bottom of my feet, and called it done. I had to ask her for a second coat of polish because I could still see my nail bed with one. Who only puts one coat of polish on? Then, she took her razor sharp thumb nail and used it like a knife to slice the extra polish off my cuticle. I nearly jumped out of the chair from the pain and was shocked I didn't bleed. I will absolutely never go there again.

The dip was so thin, thinner than I've ever had. I had weekend plans so I was not able to return until Monday. I showed him my receipt and realized he was the one that bit my nails. Without question he started redoing them. A tip was put on one with an explanation that he couldn't do the others without doing a full set. That makes no sense, but it gets worse. He also says that when he does a dip on short nails, it's thin unless requested otherwise. I had actually fallen in love with the color even though he offered to redo them on my first visit.Because the color was not what I picked out. I was excited to have the same color again with a freshly set of nails. It's now Wednesday two days later and THREE chipped nails. I'm never returning but hopefully can save someone else from wasting their money and time.

Not sure why because I have an 800 credit rating and I have zero debt. I pay everything off monthly. And I pay lots of things in cash including my brand new vehicle. So I felt slammed that he said the credit company wouldn't take me without even having my financial numbers. So Tuesday comes along and I call the salon and ask him to call me back and they told me he would be in on Wednesday. He did not call me on Wednesday nor Thursday nor Friday. So I went out and got me another place where I can get my facials my red lamp treatment along with manicures and pedicures just like HIS plan. Only this place would give me a shorter timeline so I could try it. FINALLY, on Memorial Day, he started texting me. I told him since I didn't have hear from him, I got a short-term membership with another spa . Boy did Simon's attitude change. He said "that's okay. Some people can't afford our spa!" What a SLAM. He was saying I couldn't afford it. Although I was going to bring the $3,600 in cash on Wednesday he SLAMMED me . I text him that I didn't appreciate his slam about my financial situation. In my opinion, they're much better than the Ballantyne Resort. You can have an individual service or book a couples massage for two.
