Despite this the store appeared clean and the line while moving slow was organized and straightforward. My friend noted that the line is sort of hidden out of sight so you don't get deterred from shopping. Throughout my shopping experience, I found that all staff the I spoke to were friendly. The lines have always been insanely long, but recently i visited with my 3 kids and we purchased 3 carryon suitcases from the Express Lane. Normally, if you have less than 10 items, you can join the Express Lane at the front cash register. Today, i and another patron joined the Express Lane as we each had less than ten items. We were waiting in the line for about 5 minutes when a manager (a heavyset lady with locs) came up and aggressively told me and the other patron to leave the Express Lane and join the regular line, saying the Express Lane is closed. Her demeanor was rude, and she didn't explain, but i and the other lady reluctantly walked toward the regular line. It dawned on me that maybe this worker had no idea what she was talking about especially since i've used the Express before, so i and the other lady rejoined the Express Line. The Aggressive Worker returned to use her arms to block us from joining the Express Line, telling us that she was taking other folks off the Regular Line to join the Express Line. Now how tf does that make sense to us who were *also waiting*??? There WAS ZERO SIGN AND ZERO REASONABLE EXPLANATION FOR WHY SHE WAS BLOCKING US. She tried to say we were "skipping the line" - HOW ARE WE SKIPPING THE LINE IF WE JOINED IT AT THE END, DUMBASS LADY? i will NEVER RETURN here. i and my family, along with the other patron were paying customers just like anyone else. Burlington has to DO A MUCH BETTER JOB OF MANAGING THEIR LINES AND TREATING CUSTOMERS WITH DIGNITY.

    I am writing to share feedback regarding my experience on 05/29/26at [men's lock department ],…read morespecifically concerning the level of assistance provided by your team. Seems like the staff at this location lacks the motivation to want to assist customers to access item which the store has for good reasons to keep locked behind plastic partition. After waiting around for over 15mins, and after two staff members creating excuses that they're keys to such cabinet were not working I got fed up and sought assistance from a gentlemen who assist at directing customers to the registers. Only after he requested for someone to attend the locked men's section did someone showed up. The lack of interest from the young lady who finally appeared was so disappointing you can just tell she wasn't interested in helping, she did help but she definitely had a preference of who she wanted to assist first, never bothered asking who was 1st, 2nd or 3rd but even after I claimed my wife and were there 2nd she completely disregarded us. The item I wanted was not found. The staff was also missing or maybe behind bars! Anyways I like that there's free parking- but the store is just too stressful. There's a bathroom and Starbucks. With so many other stores in this mall... I'm switching from Target. Just to add about a month ago I ordered a small pool and the next week on pick up it was reduced- they refused to price adjust... telling me they don't do it for online orders.

I told that I wanted to look at the various living room furniture and he gave me space to do that without being overbearing and pushy. He answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns with ease. He took his time to make sure that I was fully knowledgeable about what the store offers to its customers and potential customers. I received a delivery date and time for which my products would be delivered; not only was my purchases not delivered I was never contacted with an update or explanation as to why my delivery never came. I spent half the day trying to contact customer support, I called and no one ever picked up, I tried the online chat which nobody responded to. It is now day 2 and I have yet to receive any correspondence from Raymour & Flanigan. After spending an hour on hold a customer service rep finally picked up and assisted me. I was offered a gift card to use at a later date and was told the earliest my mattress & box spring could be delivered was a week later; the options offered are unacceptable. I placed this order based on Raymour & Flanigan promise of next day delivery for which I had to miss a day of work to receive my order and superior customer service. Raymour & Flanigan over sold and under delivered which is why I have chosen to cancel my order. They didn't even attempt to try and make it right only offering me a gift card to use at a later date, that's an insult; you couldn't deliver on your promise the first time so I would not be a returning customer nor will I recommend Raymour & Flanigan to anyone. Epic FAIL

    Glamour Decorating was recommended to me by a co-worker and is a small business with several…read morelocations in Brooklyn, NY. Initially, I was reluctant to deal with a neighborhood business because it is a neighborhood business and I wasn't sure of the type of service I would receive and whether they were all about taking my money. However, I decided to give them a chance because my co-worker assured me that I would be happy and I must say that I am. I called GD and asked for Johnathan who wasn't available at the time but the message was given to him and he called me back before the day was over. I set up an appointment for him to stop by to give me a free estimate and he was prompt and on time. Since it was my first time ordering window covering for my condo, I had loads of questions and Johnathan patiently answered them all. I decided to go with vertical blinds and Johnathan came prepared with a large selection to choose from. After making my selection, he took some initial measurements and gave me a price that I thought was reasonable. Within 2 days, I received a call from GD to set up an appointment for the installers to come take actual measurements and begin the process. The father and son Michael installing team arrived on time and took about 30 minutes to take the measurements for the living room patio door, 2 bedrooms and (2) skylights. When the blinds were ready about 3 weeks later, I received a call from the office to set up a day for installation that only took a couple of hours to do. Before the team left, Michael explained how to clean and care for the blinds and Johnathan stopped by to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased with the personal service I received from the Glamour Decorating team and without reservation, would recommend them for all of your window covering needs.

The train will not get you here. Only several buses that drop you off right inside the mall parking lot. Its right next to JCPenny, where Michael's was. They had a huge space to work with and they did well with the layout. The store is neat, clean and orderly. They have pretty much anything you need here. From clothing (racks and RACKS of clothing items), food/snacks, household items, toys, shoes, purses, electronics, beauty items, etc. Prices are better than other discount stores such as Marshall's and TJ Maxx. There were things I found at Ross that I also saw at the other stores. Ross had the better prices. Definitely come here if you want to peruse a wide variety of clothing items. They have so much! Not too many designer labels, but I'm sure you'd be able to find something good! They haven't been open for long and with the holiday rush, they had many people working and lots of higher ups walking around and keeping things running smoothly. Plenty of cashiers so the line runs quickly. The only times I've ever came to Ross happened to be on a Tuesday. The first time I came here the cashier asked if I was interested in the senior discount. Me being a young looking 49 year old, I was puzzled. I said no. When I walked out of the store I noticed on my receipt that she did give me the Tuesday 55+ senior discount. At first I was insulted, but I got a discount so I'm not mad! Came back again this past Tuesday and they mentioned nothing about the senior discount, but I got it again! Do they just give it to everyone on Tuesday?! Ross is quickly going to become my favorite discount store. They have long hours so its perfect for coming to after work. I'll be back soon!

The looks some employees were giving me and the other I was with was disturbing to say the least. I was getting kicked out of aisles for the staff the pack out. The manager on duty I would say was so shady, saying passive aggressive things like "hurry up we are about to close" "here they come guys" in such a tone like we were not wanted to there. Mind you this is 10:45 pm lol. Not only that.. there's more, as I come to the registers the cashiers and that same manager are having conversations about the upper management and their disagreements which I found super alarming. The N word was passed around quite a few times amongst each other. That was so shameful, and I really do hope the upper management actually do take a look at what's being discussed and done in the closing shifts. Seems a lot of immaturity tbh with a manager egging it on to say the least. Do better. Trifling Lmao. If 0 stars was possible the team working tonight would receive that for sure.
