First I must say, I agreed to get my eyebrows done, not knowing what the process entailed, however, I am Sooooooo... glad I did. Crystal was very professional and informative about the procedure. Her place was clean and she made sure to sanitize prior to the process, which makes you feel very comfortable, due to the pandemic. Crystal made my eyebrows perfect, without me having to provide any guidance, which lets you know, she knows what she is doing:). To finalize my review, I can't wait until my 5 week appointment, and look forward to recommending others from the Tallahassee area to Glam Therapy!!! It was worth the trip!!!! Thanks Crystal and staff! read more

Hello my name is Tanyettah Widener and I intend to leave a in-depth honest review... Part 1 0f 4 this Tea Hottt!!!! Continued in the pictures! Positives: When I originally reached out to this establishment to get my eyebrows done they responded quickly. I was able to set up my appointment online. Then when I reached the establishment it was clean and appeared to be professional. There are pictures of her work on Google and her Facebook page and because a family member of mine went to her and was happy with her results. After I went to her site and seen that she was doing a promotion stating eyebrows microshaded for $250.00 I set the appointment to be consulted by her as well. When I met with her to have the consultation she was very polite and friendly and answered all my questions regarding the procedure. After the work was done she gave me a care kit to take care of my eyebrows. She also provided me her information(on a faded paper that I couldn't read)to be in touch with her so if I wanted any alterations and in 3 weeks when they have healed I can do so before sealing them to protect the look for 1 to 2 years. Negatives: She smokes cigarettes and takes frequent breaks. When I arrived (early as the email confirmation stated to complete paperwork) her receptionist told me she had just left to go get her lunch and when she got back she would need to eat and take a smoke break first before getting started. That in and of it's self professionally showed a lack of respect for my time. Plus now I have to be bombarded by the cigarette smoke smell when she returns. So when she does return she eats her lunch, she smokes her cigarette and then she comes in to consult me. She starts her analysis of my eyebrows and gives me what she says is her professional opinion of how my brows should be shaped. However she's so mixed in her statements that it sounds more like her personal opinion either way she's not a doctor. She is a cosmetic professional and regardless of her recommendations she should have taken more consideration into my request. I am the customer and the fact that this is a cosmetic alteration she should've fulfilled my needs seeing as how I ended up having to pay full price ($450.00)for a promotional $250.00 appointment. Her exact words while preforming my consultation and drawing outlines on my face were "What I am doing is creating an asymmetrical outline over your existing brows to correct and cover them." Now mind you I do not like the shape of my existing brows and all she did was make them darker. She did not change the shape of them in anyway. Now if your not actually making any changes, which is what I asked for, your just tracing and darkening my existing eyebrow tattoo then technically your not correcting anything. Then she says "So since I have to correct someone else's work I will need to charge you full price". Now Im looking confused because I am now being told to pay full price, your not really correcting anything and your still gonna take pictures??? Plus I am under the impression that I will receive the cosmetic alterations that I choose for the promotional price of $250.00. Because in her words "If you allow me to take pictures for my site you only have to pay $250.00." Now that I have to pay full price anyway I should not have to get what is most asymmetrical, natural looking, appeasing to your website viewers or what your use to doing because you want to take pictures for your site. However she's the professional. So I got out of my feeling and pushed all the little voices screaming don't do it to the back of my mind and I allowed her to continue. I honestly and in good faith was thinking that at the end of it all we would both be happy with the outcome. With that being said let me continue. So now she is done creating the outline. She handed me a mirror to look at them. I immediately frown and respond "They look so thin and small. They don't even fit my entire eyebrow area (I quickly lift my eyebrows up and down to show where they are lacking because all she did was trace my existing brows which are also incorrectly tattooed) and I finish with "I'm so use to seeing them fuller and bolder!" At this point she has a confused look on her face and responds with. "Well I'm the professional and this is asymmetrical and this is my work and you need to get use to seeing your eyebrows like this!" I continue to frown and explain how I don't feel I will like them. She then says " Well show me what you want." So I proceeded to show her pictures of me and what I wanted. After looking at my pictures she then responds with "I feel that those eyebrows are too wide and pronounced and I don't want to do that plus I have to put those pictures on my site and I don't want my future clients to see that type of work". Now to me that sounds like her personal opinion not a professional one. read more

Crystal didn't keep her promise when she told me to come back in 5 weeks because the pigmentation on my eyebrows weren't dark enough after the touch up. She claimed it was due to meds I'm taking. I reached out to her by phone and text to schedule an appointment. She avoided my calls and texts. This is why I'm hesitant to support BOB due to this BS. BUYERS BEWARE!!! read more

Getting my eyebrows done was NOT in my bucket list. But when I saw my SisterFriend's brows, having mine done became a possibility. So I made an appointment and thought to myself, "I'll just go and see what it's about...". But once I met Crystal Mack, her demeanor and professionalism, she assured me I would be happy. And she was correct! I am ELATED with the results. I wish I would have done it years ago. I get so very, many compliments. But what I really like, is when I look in the mirror, how great a job Cystal did. She is a magician! She knows her craft and you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend her as your eyebrow technician. read more
