The service itself felt hurried and careless. By the following morning, my nails were already chipped--clearly reflecting poor workmanship. I returned expecting a simple correction at no extra cost, as the issue was the result of their inadequate service. Instead, I was charged an additional $55. Beyond the service quality, the behavior of the staff was unacceptable. The technician rolled her eyes repeatedly, handled my hands aggressively, and made me feel uncomfortable. When I reported this to the store manager, she raised her voice and told me, "Then go somewhere else!" This hostility toward a returning customer is entirely unprofessional. Therefore, my toe stung through my entire appointment. When it was time to finish my manicure/gel ex set on my hands, I had to repeat myself three times to tell them I wanted French tip. And when you tell nail technicians that you want a short nail, somehow that is really hard to comprehend. I also blame this on the fact that this is now the third nail technician I'm dealing with so it just felt like everything got lost in translation and I really feel like three people totaled my nails and there's no cohesiveness to the final look. My nails aren't terrible and they will do and I'm not a picky person at all. But I am hesitant to come back.
