She never said you also pay for the service person going BACK to their office. Customers Make sure you calculate for the $150 per hour that you include a ROUND TRIP time from your place and back to their office. The scheduler and I we figured maybe 30 minutes at most ONE way. I was never told "oh by the way it's 60 minutes round trip you will pay". My bill was $295 for a 30 minute electric fix (luckily) $263 for labor I was charge ......that's ONE Hour and 45 minutes ....so ONE hour and 15 minutes supposedly to get to my house and back. And I'm right next to El Dorado off cline's corner exit. I regularly get to town in 20 minutes. Doing it for 30 years. No complaining on the work done Potential customers Just make sure you include ROUND TRIP travel time for $150 an hour ....Plus time for the work that needs to be done

When I called the office and explained that the service was urgent, April explained that all electricians were busy but she would try to check with them and call back. I have not received a call back and assumed that she was unable to find someone. Surprisingly, she called me next morning and apologized for not being able to arrange service and not calling back on the same day. So, than two days later I still was unable to find an electrician, I called April again and asked to schedule service for the closest available time. April called back within hour and saif that someone would come to look at the job immediately and if it's not too big, will do what's needed. The electrician arrived in 10 minutes, assessed the job, called the office to inform of approximate time, received permission to do it and finished the job perfectly in 1.5 hours. The price was reasonable and I felt that this business does their best to serve their customers. I plan to use them again in the future.

Peter quickly assessed the problem and identified where the circuits were crossed. He explained the problem and the fix in terms I could understand. He thoroughly tested the circuits once things were straightened out to ensure everything worked correctly. His rates were very reasonable. I was impressed how responsive he was: he arrived just an hour after calling him for service. He was also very tidy and treated our home like it was his own. I'll certainly call him if I have other electrical problems!
