Today was the worst day of my life, And I can tell you that Nathan made this day lot better :) Today someone break into my car and took my bag with the my house keys. They came within 20 minuets of the call, Right at the beginning he showed me his locksmith license even that I didn't asked for that. It gave me a peace of mind and made me feel secure to know that. This is probably the best customer service I had in a while. With the holidays madness around, I lost my mind and locked myself out. I contact several locksmiths around and just thought that I'm LOST, most of the companies just dropped off prices but couldn't really guarantee the price will be with no extra fees; some didn't even pick up the phone (and didn't bothered to get back). I called GL locksmith and Nathan was great. He asked me questions that other didn't bother to ask, gave me a price and promised to stick to it (he really did), didn't push me over the phone and was informative. Fantastic service! My house key snapped and got stuck in the front door so I called GL Locksmith to see if they could help. Within 20 minutes of my contacting David, his brother Nathan showed up on my front door. Within another 30 minutes, the broken key was taken out AND Nathan was able to fix my lock to prevent the same situation from occurring again. This is a great locksmith company! I called and was able to book a same day appointment. They arrived within 30 minutes of my call and gave me updates on their estimated arrival time. Nathan came to help us fix our front door handle, and he did his best to make sure things worked perfectly. He identified the problem quickly and presented us with the best options moving forward. He did not stop until he did the job was done right, and we are incredibly happy with the final results. As a note, our front door is very old and replacements would have cost us a fortune, but Nathan did his best to make sure we could get in and out of our door without issues.
