When Nathan arrived he was very professional and even suggested to take off his shoes which I really appreciate! Extremely pleased with the service! I accidentally locked myself out last night at 10 PM from my bedroom (with a heater on inside the room). My bedroom had everything from all my clothes, my purse (w money, car keys, etc), my bathroom, blankets, etc. and I needed to get back in before the next morning. Needless to say I was really stressed out and tried unlocking the door myself. After failing, I called GL Locksmith and spoke to Danielle who was very polite and receptive. She said she could send a locksmith to my house in less than 20 minutes and the price was extremely competitive. It was $90 cash for emergency/ late hours. Throughout the 20 mins the locksmith was making his way here, Danielle would send me update texts every 5-10 minutes to tell me his status. When the locksmith arrived, he was very friendly and tried various methods to open my door without damaging the lock so I wouldn't have to replace it. After some time, it finally opened without damage! I would recommend this company to anyone who is locked out, has an urgent need, and is looking for competitive/ reasonable prices. After calling around to 9 local locksmiths I decided to go with GL Locksmith. Not only where they very helpful over the phone but they had the best price and were able to come out same day. Nathan arrived within an hour of my call and did an exceptional job installing a new deadbolt on my front door. The new bolt slides without resistance and his commitment to the job really went above and beyond. Amazing experience with GL locksmith. Christmas Eve, last arrangements before I go to my parents house in LA, and I lockout my self out side of my garage door. A very bad situation on the Christmas Eve, so I started to trying to find a solution and I searched on yelp locksmiths. I found few companies, few of the companies respond and say that they will be at my place within something around 1 hour!! without let me know how much is going to be the charge. I so GL locksmith new company and i make the call. I spoke over the phone with Danielle, she was very nice and patient, she was able to give me the price up front and she promise that is going to be the full charge. Nathan arrive within 20 minutes!!
