Seafood hush puppies

Wonderful food in an inconspicuous corner of watkinsville. Really amazing Southern, Italian, really anything cuisine. Great wine menu and service. Loved the Seafood Hush Puppies!

Incredible Cajun Pasta. Generous on the meat, struggled to make the pasta go far enough. Never happens. Love this approach.

This photos on this page don't do this restaurant justice even if most of the reviews do. The food and service are excellent. Best Cajun Pasta I've ever had and Sunday brunch is wonderful. Chef will customize or make anything you want even if not on menu. Cocktails (I have a Manhattan with the Pasta and a mimosa at Brunch) are exquisite examples of how cocktails should be made, presented and serve - no gimmicks or unnecessary flash, just right. Wish I could go here all the time but will have to content myself to visiting when near Athens.

Sunday brunch here is undefeated. If you get the chance, go and go easy so you have more than enough time to enjoy everything they have to offer. Omelet station, pancake station, dessert table, salad bar, and other prepared foods are just a list of things available. But you won't have a chance to enjoy everything because you will get full really quick. $18 for all you can eat, be careful after game day because there might be a crazy wait

Sunday brunch. absolutely lovely. The lunch/dinner premade options were delicious. Very Cajun and perfectly flavored. And then Chef Jose at the breakfast bar. He'll make whatever you want. We had a blueberry waffle...but when I saw my friend eating the pancake I was so jealous. I tasted a bite and it was the best pancake I've ever had. SO fluffy and delicious. Hands down the best brunch I've had in Athens area/ maybe the world. It's definitely pricey. $33 before tip for the breakfast buffet. Worth it for sure. I will be back!

This place is an absolute gem. I'm here for Sunday brunch as often as I can be, and I'm never disappointed.

The Cajun Shrimp and Grits dish was not on the menu that night, but Chef Jose made sure he would make it for me.

I was excited about this place with all the good reviews. Unfortunately the reviews IMHO do not…read morereflect my experience. The first thing that was disappointing was the service. It took me a while to get a drink. Started with some tapas, the mushrooms, the potato's and the dates. The mushrooms were good but over battered. Could even tell you were eating mushrooms. The potatoes were not fully soft and lacked salt and flavor. The tomato spread on top also lacked flavor. The dates and manchengo cheese was just werid in presentation and hard to eat. We had to order bread, not something I'm used to especially with the tapas. Ordered the branzino for 2. Others ordered the steak and pork chops. The steak came out cold and the pork chop was overcooked. The branzino was nice, but the sides were cold. One of our party ordered another beer which he did not get until I summoned the manger over. All in all- overrated Food-1.5 Ambiance-meh Service-1

My friend and I had reservations early on a Friday night. We hit traffic coming to town and called…read moreto change the reservation time and they were very accommodating. We were immediately seated an enjoyed cocktails -- I had their version of a margarita. It was smokey but not overpowering. My friend enjoyed the sangria. We split the potatoes, cheese board and the gluten free chicken shawarma pizzette. The potatoes were the best and I really liked the cheeseboard too. The jam made the cheese flavors pop! For our entree we split the short rib which was perfect since it normally comes with two pieces. It was so flavorful and delicious. We didn't sty for dessert since we had a GymDawgs meet to get to and they seemingly didn't have a chocolate option. Great service. Great food and great drinks.
