Great friendly service and good quality coffee. My boyfriend and I stopped by here real quick to grab some caffeine and thank goodness we did. Very nice mom and pop shop in the middle of Gables (:

Giorgio Café is a total gem! The cuisine can be described as Argentinian-Italian. For those who are familiar, Giorgio is the former Alameda--a neighborhood favorite in Coral Way. The restaurant had to close because the plaza where it was located was teared down. However, it has resurfaced as Giorgio Cafe, and its every bit as good as I remember it. They still have the best empanadas in Miami: caprese, chicken, beef, and spinach. The caprese is my absolute favorite because it has the Italian works: tomato, mozzarella, basil, and a dash of olive oil. It definitively has to be the first one you try--thank me later! Also, it has delicious sweets like alfajores and facturas. Gosh, how I love their dulce de leche facturas! Giorgio has daily lunch specials that are scrumptious and very filling, which is why the price is unbeatable at $10.95. It includes a meat, 2 starches, and soup; and the offerings vary every day. It's a great deal! Like any respectable Argentinian restaurant, Giorgio has the must try miga sandwiches that are perfect for gatherings. And not to be overlooked, the cafe has a small market offering some Argentinian staples like alfajores, dulce de leche, cookies, and others.

Please hire people who can speak English. I go after my massage often and so hard to communicate. Also staff seems less friendly lately .

We had two breakfasts here as well as drinks and dinner. The food is top-notch. Good little surprises, like the use of guava instead of maple syrup on the French Toast. The decor is lovely; clearly Cuban but nice and clean, a modern-take on Cuba. The staff are excellent. If you're here for drinks, have a Guava Mule. Why have the same old same old Mojito; try something different. Just be aware: If memory serves (It's been two weeks since we checked out of the hotel), Cana adds an 18% gratuity to ALL checks. So look at your check BEFORE you calculate the tip.

Seated by the friendly Matre D - we were in a booth near the bar, an excellent spot. There were 4 of us and we started with the Burrata , guava jam, fresh olive oil and kosher salt with grilled buttered bread. It was nothing short of amazing. So fresh and flavorful. We moved on to the mussels ~we could have had straws and drank the broth , it was nothing short of amazing. The server was so personable - we asked about their Cuban Sandwich which wasn't on their dinner menu. They said they were available via special request and we were all in. The Cuban sandwich was nothing short of amazing- the best we've ever had. The bread, the flavor of the ingredients, then we dipped them into the clam sauce, I can't tell you how good it was. The entire experience was absolutely amazing- the restaurant had a cool decor- but the vibe was the people who work there- 100% recommended!

A Florida restaurant right on the water with great views and good food? Yes, please. Crazy About…read moreYou is nicely appointed with a bit of charming quirk woven into the decor. I stopped in for lunch after a work meeting and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. I needed a "steak break," so I opted for the "I Can't Believe It's Not Carbonara"--and I have zero noodle regrets! The zucchini substitute combined with a delicious carbonara sauce meant there was no concern about the lack of traditional pasta. The zucchini more than filled the role, and I certainly appreciated the caloric savings. The chicken was also well-cooked, flavorful, and moist. I especially loved the tableside delivery and the unique touch of being served directly from a colander. The order isn't huge, which I appreciated, it felt the right size for lunch without weighing down your afternoon. Now, there were likely no calorie savings with the Serrano Ham Croquettes, but they are small and easily shareable if you want to spread the love. They are a true step up and a legitimate treat compared to run-of-the-mill mozzarella sticks. The decor kitsch continues right until the end--the check arrived in an old-school lunchbox! The staff were great throughout the meal, making for a seamless and enjoyable lunch.

From the moment we sat down, our waitress was warm and attentive. I wish I'd gotten her name. She made great recommendations that were all delicious. Is a simple but effective menu with starters included with the main dish. Great value for their portions. We had no complaints about the food and the drinks were just as good. The restaurant is very well managed and organized. It's a beautiful location with gorgeous views of golden hour.

If you're looking for the ultimate pre-game spot for Ultra Music Festival, Cortadito in Brickell…read moreabsolutely nailed the vibe this weekend. They hosted a "Rave Music Coffee Party" that perfectly captured the electric energy pulsing through Miami right now. The energy was all across the board! They had a live setup where the beats delivered a perfect soft punch--energetic enough to get you moving but sophisticated enough to enjoy while fueling up for the festival. It was the ideal bridge between a morning caffeine fix and the heavy bass of the main stage. Beyond the music, the quality of the menu remains top-tier: * The Coffee: Truly great quality. It's bold, authentic, and exactly what you need to sustain a long weekend of dancing. * The Eats: I was impressed by the variety. Whether you want a classic, hearty Cuban Sandwich or a lighter, fresh Salad Bowl, they have options that cater to every festival-goer's appetite. Cortadito managed to blend Miami's iconic coffee culture with the high-octane spirit of Ultra weekend flawlessly. Whether you're a local or just in town for the lineup, this spot is a must-visit for great music and even better brews. Service on point!

Hello, If I was the…read moreowner Cortadito location at Brickell Avenue, I would be extremely embarrassed to have someone like Rebecca representing the business due to the poor level of professionalism and customer service she displayed today. First, there was no "good afternoon" or "how can I help you?" when I approached. Second, I requested a cortadito with a small amount of sugar and cinnamon -- the same request that is accommodated at the Miami Beach location (Lincoln Road). Rebecca responded with a very unpleasant attitude, saying, "We don't put sugar in the cortadito." Dear Rebecca: when a customer requests specific preferences, the proper response is to accommodate the request whenever possible, not respond dismissively. Customer service is about hospitality, flexibility, and making guests feel welcomed. Unfortunately, Rebecca appears to lack both proper customer service training and the values expected when dealing with customers. Cortadito's brand and standards deserve much better representation.
