The mollejas were incredibly flavorful, and the empanadas were fresh and delicious. And then came the skirt steak... wow. Cooked to a beautiful medium, it was tender and packed with flavor. The fresh-cut fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and super fluffy on the inside. Our server, Flor, was an absolute doll. She was so sweet and attentive, and the rest of the staff was just as wonderful. They were constantly checking in, clearing plates as we finished, and our food came out quickly without ever feeling rushed. We absolutely loved the experience and would happily come back.
