Giordano's pizza in Rogers Park is a great location. It was not crowded on a Sunday evening, which was a nice change from the hectic loop restaurant on a Friday night. The service was top notch, constantly refilling our drinks. The food was served in a timely manner. The deep dish cheese pizza was excellent, nice cheese pull and perfectly cooked. The Parmesan crusted margherita pizza was very good as well, it had a thinner crust that is similar to Lou Malnati's pizza. The Parmesan cheese on the crust was a nice touch. We also had garlic fries which were good and fried cheese triangles. We also ordered dessert to go, tiramisu, pan cookie and chocolate cake. Overall a great evening of deep dish pizza . I would highly recommend the Roger's Park Giordano's restaurant.

Love their lunch combos here which run Monday-Friday 11-3pm. It is what keeps me coming back. For $9.50, you can get an individual deep dish pizza and a side! Unheard of. My favorites are the individual sausage deep dish pizza with the garlic Parmesan fries. You also can't go wrong with their pepperoni deep dish or their Italian beef sandwich with sweet and spicy peppers. I have done carry out at this Rogers Park location about three times now and every time I was promptly helped and had to wait no longer than 5 minutes.

Great Chicago style pizza! We had a deep dish chicken sausage with spinach and a thin crust with feta, spinach and artichoke. Both were terrific and satisfied our pizza craving nicely!

Customer Service: We had a pretty good customer service. Gaile (i forgot how to write her name) was very nice. She came back to check on us every minute to make sure we were doing well and we were satisfied. Food: The pizza was okay. To me it was not the best pizza i've ever had. I really was expecting better. The pineapple on top of our pizza did not taste okay. Something was wrong with it. The cheese pizza was pretty good. But the chicken wings was really really bomb! Very deliciouuuussss. Price: I thought it was a little pricy even tho we took part of this special going on 14" pizza for 19.95. But I guess it was worth it. If I am back in the city would I come back? The answer is...... probably

Decided to place a pick up order from this location since my first experience was good. I was surprised my 6" personal deep dish was $11.48 on its own. I recall it being much cheaper during lunch hours to enjoy. I didn't realize until picking up that the lunch deal is $8.45 and includes a side. I was disappointed that the lady taking my order was not only less than friendly, but also didn't bother mentioning the lunch deal. My receipt tells me that I placed the call/order just before 3pm so unfortunately customer consideration isn't a value at this particular location. Aside from that, the pizza was lukewarm. I picked up my order 10 minutes earlier than directed on the phone, so I can only imagine how cold it would have been had I waited the entire 35 minutes. I won't be back to this spot again.

I suppose Chicagoans like this thick, dry, crackeresque crust, but I did not. Tired decor and OK service.

It's alright, if you like Chicago style deep dish pizza. It's not New York style, which is far superior.

Let me start off by saying this was not a business I would…read morehave thought of going to because I don't just do salads as a meal unless it is a big giant taco salad, but for a work meeting, this was the place that lunch was ordered from. I got the Chicken Avocado Ranch for my selection (Antibiotic-free blackened chicken, avocado, pickled onions, apples, tortilla chips, white rice, chopped romaine, seed oil-free green goddess ranch) and was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. As I was home on the Friday after the Xmas Day celebration, hungry, didn't want to cook/heat anything up, I decided to order this salad for dinner through Grubhub. While I was placing the order, I decided to try the Fish Taco for the next day's lunch (Antibiotic-free miso glazed salmon, avocado, shredded cabbage, cilantro, tortilla chips, herbed quinoa, spring mix). This bowl comes with a sweetgreen hot sauce & lime cilantro jalapeño vinaigrette, but I opted to switch that out for the Green Goddess Ranch and the Miso Sesame Ginger. I loved the fact that I would add or not include certain items. For example, I love goat cheese, so I add that to both bowls and it was delish. Delivery was pretty smooth, with the driver coming up to our floor to drop everything off. Both bowls looked visually pleasing and the overall taste was pretty good. The flavors were nice and there was a freshness to both bowls, even the Fish Taco one on the next day. FYI the Fish Taco bowl can only be ordered online, not ordered in the store...not sure why, but since I will not be going to the store, I am good with that. You also have the option to order a slice of bread with each bowl and that was nice. Next time I will see if I can get a second slice. Total cost for the two bowls, with some add-ons and service fee and tip was about $58. I will say it will be cheaper to go to the store and pick it up yourself, but I will pay to have stuff delivered to me for peace of mind. They do have an app for placing orders, but I will stick with Grubhub because that is free for me through Amazon. I realize sweetgreen has a mission statement about eating healthy, lowering their carbon footprint, a commitment to animal welfare, but before I knew any of that, I still would say the bowls were pretty good. Not that I crave salads or bowls that often, but if I do, this will be the first place I order from.

For an extra $15, it made sense to order the prix fixe menu with the wine pairings. A cocktail likely would have cost more. The soup and salad were delicious and paired perfectly with great wines. Also paired with a great dessert wine-- possibly the only dessert wine I have ever really liked! Yes the portions are a little smaller for restaurant week, but with four courses I was happy to not feel like a glutton at the end. Incredibly thoughtful and knowledgeable service made this a great choice for dinner. The space is well laid out too. It was more than enough food , but I would like to return to try their cheeses, and larger portions. I am not a fan of most chips, but these were so good, and the pimento cheese was savory , spreadable and very good. The prosciutto flatbread was a mixture of sweet cream and savory. The salt from the prosciutto and the sweetness from the figs was perfect. Our waiter overheard us mentioning an upcoming special occasion and treated us to a slice of cheesecake topped with berry sauce. The cheesecake was so fluffy and the chevre cheese was creamy and had a touch of goat flavor. Uvae lived up to my expectations and we will return.

The Queen speaks highly of the Smoked Salmon Omelet (smoked Atlantic salmon, goat cheese & sautéed onions). I had the a bite and loved the fact that it had goat cheese in it, so tasty. I am also a fan of the Coconut Almond pancakes (two buttermilk & almond pancakes with shredded coconut, topped with warm homemade caramel, fresh whipped cream, and banana slices).
