We ordered our food to be delivered. We are visiting family here. Every time we come to Bristol, we have to have pizza as many times as we can because we live in the south now and everyone knows it is very rare to find a good pizza there. This is the first time we tried Gino's but I think we need to get it every time we come here. We had tossed salads that were very good. Then we had the Sicilian Pizza. Can I tell you that from the first bite I knew it was phenomenal! I could taste some salt on the bottom which made it go over the top. The crust was perfect, as well as the sauce. The cheese was the perfect amount as I don't like too much. I could have used more spinach but only because that is what I expect up here. Once, I ordered a pizza with spinach in the south and they put just one spinach leave on each slice!!! So, now that I think about it a little more, I think Gino's put on the perfect amount. The only bad thing is that we live so far away. Their Sicilian Pizza is perfect. Well done e Gino's!! read more

I moved to Bristol almost 3 years ago and missed the great pizza that I lived just minutes away from in Southern CT. Someone recommended Gino's, tried it, and I'm HOOKED!!! Bristol only has Greek pizza, which isnt bad, but when you're craving Italian, try Gino's! The owners are personable too. Very nice guys. I've had their pizza 4 times now, and they're very consistent. Im drooling just thinking about them right now! read more

Dude I've never ate half a pie before. This was delicious Thanks guys Ismaels wife read more

Gino's Pizza - a partially eaten pizza - Pizza Near Me - Bristol, Connecticut

This place really has the best food in CT! My family and I love it!! Highly recommend :)

Ordered a chicken n broccoli the broccoli was stumps. The order of wings was sittin n grease. When i called to complain, they were very rude. I spent 50bucks on a large pizza and 20 wings and got nothing but a container of greasey chicken, cold pizza, and attitude. Never eatting here again read more

Gino's went down hill the past year or more. Gave it another try tonight. Terrible. Dry as paper, hard, skimpy toppings, hardly any sausage. I'm done. It's too bad because it was once very good, for Bristol. read more

I ordered for home delivery a pizza, antipasta salad, and a tuna grider with a little lettuce on it, well i got a lettuce grinder with very little tuna on it, definately didn't get what I paid for, pizza and salad were good. very disappointed!! Revision: Lol, about an hour after my review, caller ID shows Gino's calling me, I answer and they hang up on me, lmao. read more

Ordered the $19.99 Special last night -- a large pizza w/ one topping, 10 chicken wings, and a 2 liter soda. Pizza was overdone, dough was tough. I thought the rest of the pizza was decent, although my wife disagreed (she wasn't a Fan). Wings had a crispy outer coating, but the flavor was lackluster. Bland. Gino's can be a somewhat inconsistent, but it is still better than most pizza in Bristol. read more

First and last time ordering pizza from Gino's. Delivery quoted a shorter eta I called to place my order at 7:55pm; food arrived exactly 8:55pm the driver was outside. Customer Service call - Lady was pleasant and patience with my order. Called back and gentlemen sounded impatience and non-compliant (not cool) Food - the pizza was brick hard and had little to no taste. read more

I'm not a huge fan of pizza in this area, but I tried Gino's for the first time today and I was def surprised. Delivery was super fast, and the specialty pizza I had was really good. I asked for it well done, and I would recommend doing that as well. read more

Great pizza, good prices, very friendly owners. Great New York-style crust. The garlic knots are addicting. My 6-year old daughter compares all other pizza to Gino's and Gino's is undefeated. read more

Decided to try out this place again. Went for pickup. Ordered one pizza. I was told about 30 minutes. I arrived slightly after 30 minutes (maybe 35ish) pizza wasn't ready. No problem. While waiting I noticed the inside of the building seems very worn and unkept. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked if they knew how much longer it would be. The guy seemed very annoyed that I asked and said he didn't know but probably soon. I waited another 15-20 minutes (so now about an hour and 15minutes since placing the order) I again asked if there was an issue or anything and the guy got very upset with me. At this point I decided it wasn't worth waiting or trying the pizza again, I told him to cancel my order. Thank goodness I didn't pay yet. read more

Definitely my go to spot I order from them at least once or twice a week it's something about the sauce for me if I could buy it by the jar I would stick up Buffalo pizza is to die for read more

Wow. If you like New York style pizza, you should try this place. Thin crust, not at all greasy, fresh ingredients. So happy I found this place. read more

Really liked this place! New to the area and wanted some good pizza. I think I found a pretty good spot in Gino's! Great service as well!

I ordered a plan cheese pizza, Buffalo wings and calamari. The calamari wasn't good. I don't recommend ordering it.. but the wings and pie, 5 stars read more

Gino's Pizza - a box of chicken wings and a pizza - Pizza Near Me - Bristol, Connecticut

Surprisingly impressed. Just being honest I was a liiittle weary cuz of the looks and location but had a recommendation to try two interesting pizzas. So i tried them, they were the spicy taco pizza and the baked ziti pizza which i added chicken to. Wow were they good. The crust was so impressively good and the whole baked ziti on a pizza thing? ... you gotta try it! Definitely worth it and where else do you find that. Also tried the baked lasagna pizza and added bacon and it was also really good. First statement says it all... surprisingly impressed. read more

Ordered pizza Online for takeout thought I would give it a try, the place isn't anything to look at, but I was really surprised with the food being amazing, I haven't had pizza like this in years. Will come back again for take out, cause delivery does take some time when they are busy read more

Just to add to my previous review. I liked Gino's so much I ordered from them again a couple days ago. This time I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, Garlic knots and Buffalo wings. The pizza was fantastic. Exactly what I would want out of a Buffalo chicken pizza. The wings are the main purpose of this update. They were AWESOME! They are your standard buffalo wing. Not saucy but crispy. Cooked perfectly. Better than a lot of other actual Wing places and hands down the best out of any pizza place. Literally my second favorite only getting topped by J Tim's. And for the price you can;t beat it. Another order which was on time. roughly about 50 mins. Slow for delivery? Maybe a little but they state that when you order. read more

Don't know what happened here but since Don P. sold food has gone done hill. I keep trying with my favorite grinders in almost 40 years of this establishment they can't get it right, soggy...ask for extra peppers you get none. Tonight was the last straw, called to complain, asked for the manager who's attitude was oh well too bad so sad! Sorry Dobber we will miss you! Pretty bad when Jersey Mike's is better than you! read more

The lunch special is out of this world. Can't beat the price. 2 huge slices and a can of soda for 4$. Bristol has so many pizza options, and Ginos is relatively new (4 years or so). If you haven't checked it out yet do your self a favor and give it try. The pizza tastes very good. Thin Italian style. Make sure and get a bag of garlic knots too! read more

Great pizza at a great price. The owner had a place in N.Y. So he knows his slice. The cheese pie of hours is a great base so anything on top it's allowed to shine. Doesn't burn the slice so locals who like that flavor need look elsewhere. No indoor seating. Better to order pickup than delivery. Just be prepared that it is slightly in the hood. Parking in the back looks dicey and can be tight. read more

The pizza is an everyday ny slice but the people make it great always caring and giving a real mom and pop.

Terrible!! My wife and i have ordered for Ginos about 5 times and every time we had to deal with their yelling, screaming, swearing and so most horrible rude and disrespectful attitudes ever!! There are too many other local restaurants who are very deserving of my business and are nice and actually care about their customers, When you order from Ginos you are paying to be treated like crap.. I would not recommend anyone to give these terrible your business! To sum up Ginos Pizza in Bristol, CT... Rude, Disrespectful, Mean, Condescending, Ungrateful, Inconsiderate!! read more

WOW! The Grinders are the best we've had. Toasted to perfection and delivered HOT. The Fries are by far the best and delivered HOT. Delivery exceeded expectation. We will be ordering from them again. read more

Rude people I ordered a app and a pizza they sent the wrong app so I called they said we will send the right one give us the wrong one back "who does that" then I looked at my pizza and they didn't put sauce I called back again the lady said I will send sauce long sorry sorry I said I don't want to pour sauce on my pizza they would not make me a new one. I had my husband call back and ask them for our money back and they can have their food they refused and started giving us attitude so off course my husband had attitude back but then the husband - owner got on the phone and told my husband to go F his mother We never got the right order or pour money back People like that shouldn't own a business I would not eat there! !!!!! read more

Pizza was great! I'm not very tech savvy but tried an online order. Perfect pizza well cooked and delivered fast. Thank you!

Gino's has great food but terrible customer service. My and my husband ordered once online. I forgot to hit the pay with card option so I called them. A girl answered and said I had to call the company they use for online. No problem. Called them and they transfered me to the same girl at Gino's. She told me once again I need to call them. I explained they just transfered me to her and she hung up on me. I called back and she answered yet again, with an attitude. Then the owner was screaming and cursing in the background at her. Then proceeded to get on the phone with me yelling at me about how I have to call the online place. I explained the girl hung up on me and the whole predicament I was in. He proceeded to curse and yell and hung up on me. I then called the online place and canceled my order. Never ever ordering from them again! read more

This place has the best buffalo chicken pizza. My boyfriend and I always order this pizza. Went to pick it up once and the place seems family owned and they were very kind. It was a small place that had character. Not in the best area though. read more

Ordered food, it came in about a hour. What i ordered and what i got were not even close. Called and talked to some kid who said "well what do you want to do?" I told him to send the correct food out and his response was "ok we will get that out for you, we will be taking the pizza back" They delivered a small cheese pizza by the way... What are you going to do with the pizza you already delivered to a customers house by mistake? Probably will never buy from here again. Should of just ordered wings-over. Delivery person was nice. read more

Very good thin crust pizza. Their other selections are good too, such as the calamari, garlic bread, and mozz sticks. The online ordering works but it seems to take upwards to an hour to receive your order typically. read more

Ordered a thin crust pie for delivery. It came within time specified, but not thin crust as ordered and my toppings were burned. Called to complain. "Manager" took over and basically called me stupid, "he's been making pizzas for 35 years". Yeah, so what? Your food was inferior. So, what's his solution? BRING BACK MY DELIVERY TO THE RESTAURANT and he will replace it. Kind of defeats the purpose of DELIVERY. He actually told me that if he sent another pie out I would have eaten the bad order and he would lose two pies. For Fu*k's sake. I ripped up their menu. You should too. read more

The thin crust pizza here is excellent; however we ordered the Sicilian pizza last night and the bottom crust was burnt

I have ordered from Gino's 4 times already and will continue to do so. Their pizza tastes just like NYC pizza.. the buffalo chicken pizza and wings are my favorite. Staff is very kind and I have had a great experience every time. My husband and kids love the food from Gino's also. So it's definitely a win in my house! read more

Very Rude Customer Service. Had always got food from Gino's but stopped after this encounter, the older gentleman was extremely rude on the phone and hung up in my face I went there to ask why did he hang up in my face and was so rude the excuse was he couldn't hear me. Lost a customer. Disgusting behavior. read more

Recently ordered pizza delivery from Gino's for the first time. We got a white pizza (ricotta/mozzarella/garlic). It was excellent - good flavor, with a thin-ish crust. Delivery was fast, free, and friendly. Good service from both the person taking the order, and the delivery guy. If you like white pizza, they have THIRTY different specialty white pizzas on their menu. The pizza is not the cheapest in Bristol, but reasonably priced and definitely worth the price. read more

Worst wings I have ever seen. I ordered 15 wings and they were the smallest wings I have ever seen. They should be ashamed and embarrassed to serve wings like that. As I write this review I am still in shock over how small the wings were. I would estimate that the amount of meat on these15 wings was the equivalent of 4 normal sized wings. I'm not exaggerating. read more

love their meatball grinders (the best!) and the sicilian pizza.

This place is the slowest delivery place in bristol I don't blame the driver he is a really nice guy but it seems like they wait for bunch of deliveries to come in for him it is too bad food is ok but not worth the waits on delivery read more

Since moving to Bristol from the NY/NJ area, i've tried every pizza place around, every time a new one opens i check it out. Nobody's pizza came close to the pizza i grew up eating. So when Gino's first opened I tried them out, expecting so so pizza, and what i got was extremely tasty NY style pizza. It's the closest you're going to get to NY pizza in the area. And their wings are awesome! Crispy with the perfect amount of buffalo sauce. read more
