Staff are indeed very nice and answered all my questions as I navigated their menu whihj had Thai, Chinese, Korean, and Japense items. They have pizza too but I focused on the non Italian selections. I odered their veggie combo. I enjoyed it though the cost of almost $17 including tax was a bit high. We regularly ordered from this location but service and quality have decreased to unacceptable levels. They are understaffed for the amount of orders they are accepting and do not communicate. The last straw was on Friday when we ordered through their website, more than an hour ahead for pickup at 715. When I arrived I left my kids in the car and went in to get the food. The front person was new and needed help from another worker to find my order. Then they said the order hadn't printed and would be out as soon as they could make it. I had to wait over 30 minutes before my food came out, and I wasn't the only one. 4 delivery drivers were also waiting even longer than I was, all while they kept accepting orders. When I finally got my food my kids were starving and eager to get home. I should have checked the bag in the store because of course they forgot half the sushi we ordered! I called back immediately to let them know and was put on hold. Then the front person told me I should ask for a refund through the company I ordered from. I told her I ordered directly from you! Then she said the only way to get a refund was to have the manager call me so I left my number. 4 days later and no call, no refund. I'm never dealing with these frauds again, and recommend avoiding this business until they figure out how to train staff appropriately. read more

Very disappointed with this place. It's very obvious they are cutting corners in the kitchen. Ordered shrimp pad Thai today and it was not even edible, such a waste and I hate throwing away food. The noodles seemed to have been boiled or mixed with some type of sweet substance then lime added. Also the dish appeared very bland, not much veggies added. Cool place. Has pizza and also Asian foods. I ordered a whole pie after craving just a few slices. Been here a few times, I really like the Pizza sauce here, it's very unique has a thicker layer than most. Kyle was super cool when I wanted to order close to a whole pie right before closing. The food continues to be good, even tho' they change the menu items frequently (e.g.desserts) and the execution changes (e.g. shrimp pop-ups) but the service is ABOMINABLE!! Has gone from OK to really terrible and hasn't hit bottom yet. Mama's dumplings are OK. Any other dishes are inedible. Got a huge hunk of raw chicken in one dish tonight; I ate the broccoli and rice and I am going to throw out the rest of the order, which included some falling apart sushi rolls and a tofu soup. Pretty good addition to Arlington, especially because they have Korean fried chicken! It was definitely the highlight of the meal, and I'd say up to par with bonchon. I got the Korean beef as well, which seemed decently high quality and certainly tasty. My only complaint with it was that the rice was kind of mushy...usually take out rice is great so maybe we just got the bottom of the pot. My mom had a beef teriyaki "bowl" (it's not in a bowl just the classic black takeout tray, with rice separately). Again it was solid, with good meat but average plain vegetables thrown in. She wished that they were sautéed or something a little more special for the price. Ginger exchange has such a great menu, so I'll be back to try more! read more

Lots of good options for Sushi in Arlington. We wanted to give this place a try and see if it passed muster. I have to say I am so glad we did!. I had a 3 combo roll plate with Alaska Maki, Philadelphia Maki and Crazy Roll which was so fresh and delicious! My daughter had pan seared pork dumplings, California rolls with spicy mayo and Ebi sushi. She is quite a sushi connoisseur for a 14 year old so when she gave it a thumbs up I knew it was good Highly recommend!! read more

We sent in a delivery from a third party app and the driver of that app didn't check the food before bringing it to us. Upon arrival we were missing one entree out of three items total. I called into Ginger exchange in Arlington and Ray expedited the order. He and his team made a new plate and he delivered it in record time. Ray is the best.
