We requested the Korean Chicken Wings which were described online as a "brown sugared sweet and savory sauce" but were stopped by the server who asked if we'd tried it before and if we liked spice. I like spice, but my husband isn't as big of a fan. The server told us "They're spicy. They're too spicy!" so we went for the Lil Dragon Wings at his recommendation. I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen with grilled Wagyu beef which was grilled directly in front of me, and topped it with a ramen egg, corn and lime. The tables have little induction heaters on them which you can place your bowl on to reheat if they get too cold! I utilized this cool tool twice to reheat the broth after it had gotten below my preferred temperature. The wings were crispy and well seasoned, and we didn't feel deprived of any spice (so thank you to our server for your recommendation!). The Tonkotsu broth was super rich, flavorful and warming, the ramen noodles were perfect al dente, and the Wagyu steak was mind blowingly tender and delicious!
