I got her number and texted her for an appointment right away. She asked me a few questions about my hair history, I sent her a few photos of what I wanted, what my hair currently looked like and a week later I went in for my appointment. So right from the start Sharee was super straight forward about the process and that it would take 6+ hours (including cut and blow dry), she was so detailed and asked me a bunch of questions about the exact look I wanted. I've never experienced a stylist like her, she took so much time to figure out what look I was going for and what I was and wasn't okay with. She even warned me that if I went through with the color that I would unfortunately have to cut some hair off, because my hair was just too damaged and was already close to pretty fried so the process could make it worse. So as she mentioned the process took almost 6 hours, unfortunately I had totally forgotten about another appointment that I had, but Sharee was super understanding that I had to leave before the cut/blow dry and squeezed me in to come back the following week. So once I came back in and she was able to cut off my split ends I was shocked and so happy with the final result. My hair looked exactly like the photos I had sent her (blond/gray ombre) and she even made the short cut look cute and stylish. Sharee is super knowledgable about the new hair trends, and she is really easy to talk to. The time flew by with her, and she even gave me advice on what kind of products to buy, and how to take care of my hair so that the color will last longer. She definitely goes above and beyond for her clients, for example while I was waiting for the toner to set in she brought me coffee and made me feel really comfortable. Also the products she uses are amazing, its been almost 4 months since I went in and my hair is still the same color blond as the day I saw her (btw I have very dark black hair).

When I came in for my consultation, Lynn and Marri were both very transparent about needing two appointments due to the length of my hair. Thankfully, Marri had availability for my color, and I appreciated her taking the time to check. Lynn did my haircut and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, which made me feel at ease. I was a bit nervous about getting my hair dyed since I don't do it often, but Marri made the experience very comfortable, and everything turned out great. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this salon and am looking forward to coming back for my future hair needs. I booked my appointment with high expectations and clearly discussed the hair color I wanted. Unfortunately, the final result was completely different from what we had agreed upon. Instead of leaving excited, I left stressed and disappointed. What made the experience even worse was the timing. I had an important event that weekend, and because the color was so far from what I requested, I had to schedule corrective color services on short notice. Not only was this incredibly inconvenient, but it also meant spending additional time and money to fix something that should have been done correctly the first time. Afterward, I reached out to both the stylist ( Alper Ismail) and the salon, hoping they would stand behind their work. The stylist offered a $75 "goodwill" refund, which I accepted only because it helped offset a small portion of the corrective services. However, it came nowhere close to covering the cost of fixing my hair. More disappointing was the salon's response--they didn't seem interested in addressing my concerns or finding a fair resolution. I felt dismissed rather than valued as a customer. I hope this feedback encourages the salon to take client concerns more seriously. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon.
