Her nails are fresh and you can clearly see the gel peeling away from her skin around the perimeter Of the nail. And the CUT on her, her nail is not irritation or sensitivity. If a nail is filed correctly, she would not be bleeding in a localized area in that nature. That's not irritation. TF? Very unprofessional to gaslight her. I have been frequenting this place for over a year and have recommended this place multiple times. But as of recently, I've been getting knicked, improperly filed down and had less than ideal results. The service has been inconsistent and it's sad to see this place go downhill. It's even more sad to see that management has not only gaslit me, but very clearly is doing it to other women.

If I'm paying over $100 to have my nails done, I want them done the way I want them--and Andy did exactly that. This shop came highly recommended by a friend, and although the price is right ($50 for a dip…read moremanicure), it was a painful experience. I've never had an electric sanding/drummed tool used ON MY CUTICLES. All 5 of my fingers on my left hand and 2 fingers on my right hand bled during the service and are still sore after the manicure. The nails turned out beautiful, but the pain of the cuticle issue is pretty bad. They don't look nice at all with the obvious cuticle bleeding and scabbing. I'm a little worried about infection, so applying hand sanitizer multiple times a day to counteract it, but it does sting. Unfortunately, I will not be back, I can't risk this happening again. I hope the salon reads the review and makes some changes as to how they care for cuticles in the future. This is not acceptable.
