I've had the pleasure of working with Laura Borinsky the past few months and it has truly been life…read morechanging. I was nervous to commit but looking back I cannot believe how much I've changed and grown since taking the leap. Not only has she helped me lose weight, I have more energy than I even knew was possible, and she has helped me completely change the way I think about food and nutrition. I've spent years on and off diets and nothing has stuck, I finally am in a great place in my relationship with food and it feels so freeing. Her accountability and support combined with concrete tools to change how I think about cravings and more have been incredible. Highly recommend working with her, this is some of the best money I've ever spent, you will not regret it.

I am very privileged to be able to work with Carly. Immediately she was incredibly knowledgeable…read moreabout the many questions I had around the correlation of diet and exercise and being a middle-aged dad who treated his body like it was still in its twenties I needed that. I was suffering from some pretty bad inflammation that was causing a multitude of issues. I struggled everyday with this, especially in the winter. She was able to surmise very early on the origins of what was causing my problems. She has always been very empathic with me understanding my no 1 goal after multiple injuries/surgeries from sport is to try and live pain free. She made subtle changes to my diet and then a very large one when i decided to give up dairy. It has changed my life for the better. Coupled with her expertise on what supplements i needed to add into my existing regime i have felt better than I have in years. i did not make drastic changes, she was able to steer me to make the right choices and never feel like I was depriving myself. My inflammation and joint pain have drastically reduced and my knee's feel far less pain than in years. If you are looking for a world class coach who can pinpoint root cause of your issues and help you on the right path to a better way of living you should choose Nutritional Wisdom. Thank you Carly and team, i am so grateful.

We came here to celebrate my birthday, and the experience was wonderful. My therapist, Casie/Casey,…read moretruly made it even better. He was excellent at applying deep pressure and finding the right tension points without making it painful. It felt very intentional and therapeutic, and I actually woke up the next day feeling refreshed with so much of the tension relieved. The overall spa experience was also really nice. It was calm, relaxing, and a great way to unwind for a special occasion. My only small wish is that there was a co-ed hot tub so couples could enjoy that part of the experience together. Overall, such a lovely and rejuvenating way to celebrate a birthday!!

Had a spa day here in a group of 4 on a Sunday. I overall had a great time. I selected the…read morefacility in part because of the cold plunge offering and availability of treatments a couple days ahead of booking. For the pros, I did the Emerald Bliss ritual and my only complaint is wish there was an option to make it longer. It's hours later and I still feel very relaxed. I also liked that when checking in you can indicate if you want to talk or not during the session and I appreciated that there was a variety of spa options (wet sauna, dry sauna, whirlpool, etc). The less than ideal part of the experience is that it's a bit small. The cold plunge is a single person tub. The area around the whirlpool could use more lounge chairs, and the relaxation room is too close to the lockers. Also seemed like with the crowd it was difficult for the staff to keep up with cleaning up cups. I would come back for sure but would maybe opt for a weekday when it's presumably less busy.

Easy - the one word that comes to mind. And how a massage should feel…read more First, easy to schedule online. Then, easy to find and easy street parking in the neighborhood. When you get upstairs, such an easy-going, clean and relaxing environment, without the stress of hearing conversations in massage rooms next door or waiting in the room looking up each time a massage therapist walks out. It's one-on-one in his apartment and it's setup very comfortably. Now let's talk about Christopher - the nicest person you'll ever meet and you just want to be friends and hang out all the time. He's very adaptive to whether you want a quiet time to catch up on a nap, which I did last time, or a conversation about speakeasies that distracts from some of the pain of releasing tight muscles. Before he starts, he's a good listener and asks insightful questions to provide maximum relief. Once you're on the table, he's also very perceptive to what areas need more attention. He's kind, effective and truly cares to make sure his client has had a productive massage session. He doesn't rush you out but rather spends a few minutes on feedback to make sure you feel good. So easily a five-star experience!

Finally a true master of their trade! I have been searching for an amazing massage therapist for…read moreover a year all around Austin. I am a bit of a massage snob but honestly it's bananas to me that I couldn't seem to find anyone in the entire Austin area that seemed to know what they were doing- and I tried them all. Spas , private practice, sport masseuse physical therapy massage therapist you name it. Enter Chris. He knows the anatomy of your body so he is a true healer. I can't stress how important it is for a massage therapist to know anatomy. My tendinitis and tennis elbow always flares up throughout the year. I've had to go to acupuncture in the past but Chris has changed that! Now I just have to see him for a few sessions and it's gone! It's amazing. When I told Chris of my struggles with finding someone good he explained to me that in Texas massage therapist / masseuse only have to get HALF of the amount of hours needed to get licensed that people in New York need! Which explains a lot ! His setup is in his apartment ( which is common in NYC so it didn't bother me ) but for anyone wondering if that's sketch- it's not ! It just allows his pricing to stay competitive. Honestly - you will not be disappointed with a massage from Chris. The best of the best of the best. 100000000000 stars !!!
