They treat me very well, friendly people, answers for all questions. My rates are amazing. The Drive Safe and Save program allows retired people who don't drive alot, and have safe habits to save roughly 1/3 what insurance could cost. During this time we expected to be provided with services stated in our contract, including filing and preparation of taxes, account set-up, and book keeping. We are extremely disappointed by the services that we were provided. In that time Stadtmueller and Associates failed to file our quarterly and federal taxes accurately and on-time, the only profit/loss statement that we received was grossly inaccurate. During this time we never had an opportunity to meet with Mr. Stadtmueller though we were contracted for unlimited consultations. After reaching out to him by email, phone, and coming into the office several times, it became apparent that the company had misrepresented the services they were willing and able to provide. In the last two months of doing business, we feel they fraudulently billed for services through our accounts at rates exorbitantly over our contracted rate. After 8 months of attempting to contact Roger Stadtmueller and the systematic failure of his company to provide the services we were promised, we dissolved our relationship and sought new account management. This office is disorganised, has high staff turn-over and Roger spends all of his time in San Antonio, Texas (where he has another office). The Spokane office is currently under federal investigation, my business and family's livelihood is too valuable to play this close to the foul line.

I filed my claim at 5:00AM on a Thursday morning via the State Farm website. I never received a phone call or anything from my agent. I was expecting someone from this office to touch base with me ask me if I had any questions or needed any type of assistance. That never happened. I went to the office around 3:45PM. They told me oh yeah, we saw that claim this morning. I was given a phone number to the claims center and sent on my way. Find a better agent. John Beasley and his employees COMPLETELY SUCK.
