Hopefully they follow through with this and notify customers that the auto-enrollment isn't happening. I'm optimistically bumping them to 3*. This company is a scam. They advertise a simple $59/year registered agent service, but bill you for much more. Today they sent an email with an innocuous subject line, but in the text mentioned that they have "upgraded" me to add their $170 annual report filing service and will bill my credit card in 14 days unless I cancel the new service through a confusing web app they set up. I never agreed to this. Filing the report myself online is quick and costs less than half what they charge. Offering extra services is fine, but charging my card without consent crosses the line.

I would highly recommend Mobile Notary to anyone with little time and the need to get these legal documents completed quickly. Total time spent from start to finish, was around 15-minutes with Richard and his wife Teri as one of our witnesses. Phenomenal service for a great price! $30 for them to come to you, $10/stamp (ie. 1x will needed 1x stamp), and then $10/witness provided by them (so, for us, we needed 1x more witness provided by them), for a total of $60. I'd been trying to track this for over a month, he told me to come in for a refund but they were only going to give me $8.36 from $14.00 that I paid so that is when I returned to UPS and explained, the lady was taken aback by what I told her and graciously gave me the $14 when USPS should have plus the cost of my notary for all the inconvenience, but no!
