Candace is a real lifesaver! My son moved into an apartment over the weekend at the Grove and unfortunately the office was closed and wasn't able to talk to staff on site. But if they were, I probably wouldn't have found Candace. Either way, long story short... Candace did an absolutely amazing job completing a move-out clean for my disabled brother. He had lived in his apartment for seven years, and it truly needed detailed attention. Not only did she provide a thorough, high-quality cleaning, but she also went above and beyond by pointing out issues where management had neglected maintenance--things that had contributed to an unpleasant and unhealthy living environment. Her attention to detail was outstanding--she cleaned every surface with care, pulled out appliances to clean behind them, and made sure nothing was overlooked. So pleased to find Candace and her cleaning crew. I contacted her a couple of months ago to clean my rented house and she showed up this morning with a crew of three other women promptly at 9 am (10 minutes early). Candace was no nonsense; she marched into the house and scouted out all the rooms I asked her to clean. This incredible group immediately went to work: no chatting, texting, etc. They work hard and get stuff done. Four women did the work for about two hours and charged approximately $225, which I found so reasonable (I actually think they should charge more). I came home to a sparking and immaculate house that simply smelled wonderful and looked much better than even before I moved in last year. Candace was very responsive via Yelp and then text. Candace and her crew did an excellent job on my house! It took 4 of them just 2 hours, and they left my 2300 square feet SPARKLING. Their attention to detail was awesome - they even cleaned my air vents and light covers, plus all the baseboards and nooks and crannies you overlook as a homeowner. We hired Candace's crew for biweekly cleaning. First clean was ok but then they all went downhill from there. We were told that the cleanings would get quicker and cheaper as we continued to have them. They we're quicker, yes. cheaper? nope. more thorough? not even! Cleaning thoroughness was spotty at best(so we're our mirrors!) Communication was terrible(if at all) showed up twice unannounced or scheduled,tried to raise rates on us without prior conversation as well. Once we resolved that matter, she straight ghosted us after we reached out to her several times to see what was going on.
