Up until then she was 5 stars. This happened again over the summer, gone for a month. No warning, no contacting her clients to let them know she was out of town. She said I could always get hold of her on FB or Yelp, but that didn't work either. Once more, December 2025. I contacted her through Yelp and 2 weeks later her regular assistant Chad contacted me. Chad usually handles the kitchen and laundry room. Elizabeth handles the dusting, vacuuming upstairs and down, and the bathrooms, all for $200/month. This time, Chad handled the regular work he does, but not up to par on the stovetop. He did vacuum the living room, did not do the stairs, upstairs hallway, or either bathroom. Most of the dusting wasn't done, only 2 table surfaces in the living room. He had me pay him directly the $200, and trusting he'd gotten everything I did so. When I found out later that he hadn't done all the work, I contacted Elizabeth through both forums. No reply. I'm seeing other reviews that are having similar experiences. Chad said he was trying not to lose clientele; too late now. I'm hiring someone else.

They cleaned at 2 locations: 3 couches, 2 carpets, and 1 rug. Over the phone, I had agreed on a price that included stove cleaning and indoor window cleaning. The cleaners said they could not provide stove cleaning although they did wipe it out. They did not clean most of the windows. Additionally, one of the cleaners was on the phone constantly and clearly was distracted. The other cleaner tried to make up for it, but at the end of the day, many baseboards were still dusty, there were cobwebs in corners and most of my windows still had grime. I emailed the owner with my concerns and received no response. I paid $360 for a very mediocre cleaning. Very disappointing.

I've worked directly with Rebekah and the team for almost 6 years now. After moving to the CdA to work for a fast-growing tech company in the area, I was charged with managing 'Operations and Happiness' in our office of 30+ employees. Our company was quickly scaling, and I needed to find quality help with managing our office operations fast and within budget. BATman to the rescue! I say that in jest, but in all honesty, their name fits them to a tee. Every single time I shone my little bat symbol light (usually via an email or text filled with typos and brevity) as a call for aid, Rebekah and her team quickly came to my rescue. No request was too strange, and there were plenty of eccentric requests. The professionals at BATman are not only kind and budget-friendly, but they're excellent communicators so you get exactly what you ask for (and usually more than you ask for because Rebekah is just that good at strategizing; she meets the moment by taking any idea set forth and considering ways to make it even better). Timelines and budgets are underpromised and overdelivered by Rebekah and her staff. Rebekah sees opportunities to be more efficient while most others would only see a problem.  To say that Rebekah and her team came to my aid when I was in need is a major understatement. When my husband and I decided to move internationally with only a 3 month lead-time, it was Rebekah and her team we called when we were drowning in moving boxes and unnecessary belongings. BATman took the lead in helping our family with all the logistics of getting our house rented and ready for tenants to move in.  The lengths that BATman has gone to for my company and especially my family is incredibly heart-warming. They always go above and beyond in every single job. Highly recommend! 110/100

Specific things: Stsirs to be vacuumed-said they did but I could not see a difference and found a small spider and a fly both in a web in the corner of the lowest stairs. Paid extra to have the refrigerator cleaned. And after -not only were refrigerated items not back in place (fruits in the clearly labeled and temperature controlled drawers were switched for vegetables, the bottom freezer drawer was not addressed, the seals had visible stuff still in them that a quick wipe would have addressed, and I found a couple of science projects not checked & removed. These are basic expectations to a refrigerator cleaning. There was to be one appliance included in each visit(refrigerator was an extra charge) kitchen range with a double oven was to be part of the normal clean... the front of the range looked like they missed the step of wiping off the cleaning solution to restore the shine to the metal as did the refrigerator handles. It was clearly discussed during the on site estimate they the cabinet faces and doors were to be wiped clean every time. If they did that It was obvious they did not have an eye for detail. The same result when it came to lights , baseboards & inside windows & sills. Which were part of the specific assignments for the day. I have a 3000 daft house so asked them for my (3) hr cleaning (I though she'd told me three cleaners but there were two) I asked them to address the items mentioned already plus two bathrooms. And include vacuuming the stairs to and the basement family room. Ignoring by request the rest of the downstairs (except for a quick suffering of family room & 1st guest room shelves. Family room shelves were not dusted and was too disappointed at this phase of my walk through after to even look at the guest room. It is hard to write a perfect & detailed review. I heard them laughing and talking while they worked seemed like a happy team. They were both friendly and polite. But for $350? The results do not matchup. I only called White Glove Cleaning because they were recommended to me by my /air duct cleaning service that I have and will continue to ask back.
