They put new sheets on our beds each cleaning. They fold our bathroom towels in creative ways to make it look extra nice. Wash walls, cabinets, clean air vents. Always looks and smells amazing. They didn't show up for the next month appointment so we tried to reschedule and they just kept blowing us off than they sent an email offering spiritual services for our room to rid the bad energy in our house. read more

Tiffany cancelled the cleaning at my mom's house because half her workforce was out sick, and then refused to ask her cleaners to wear masks the next time they clean. My mom is a cancer survivor who finished chemo and immunotherapy about a year and a half ago. She is still considered immunocompromised - something Tiffany is well aware of. I lived with my mom during her treatment and was there when Tiffany and her team started working at my mom's house. She put her own ill-informed notions and comfort over the safety of a loyal customer and claimed falsely that masks restrict airflow and are dangerous for her team. These claims have been widely refuted and debunked by scientists the world over. Furthermore, if these claims were true, nurses and doctors would be collapsing on hospital floors. It's incredibly disappointing she would be so casual with my mom's safety. As my mom wrote in her email cancelling any further work with Clean Green: "Your unwillingness to ask your cleaners to mask up for the 3 hours they are in my home is indefensible, ill-informed, and inconsiderate of the people you seek to serve." read more

Bi- weekly cleaning great consistent clean as always. They do cost some money but the reliability is worth it.

The team is cheerful,efficient,and thorough. I work from home so I request they do my office first which isn't the normal procedure and they cheerfully adjust. The kitchen is so shiny when completed and the stove and counter sparkle. They are careful and get even the tiniest spots and debris cleaned up. When finished with the standard cleaning a few minutes early , they do extra jobs not normally included until time is up . They even let the cats in or out as needed! I have been using CleanGreen for a little over a year and it is honestly life-changing. If you are thinking of a cleaning service....do it!! I have no idea how they get so much done in 4 man hours (usually 2 people working 2 hours) but it is amazing. I love coming home every other Tuesday and having a clean, fresh house. I have never had any issues, they are always on time, polite and work hard. I only wish I was able to fit weekly cleaning in my budget!! read more

My family contacted this cleaning service for a move-in cleaning. We let them know what we wanted and the house size and they quoted us $300. The job was not complete. The people that came were almost two hours late to the scheduled appointment and then left before the job was complete. When we called them to work out a solution, we were met with hostility and anger and a total unwillingness to make it right. The owner, Steve, said that the card we used to pay was declined and so they never got their money anyway, but then he ended up hanging up on me. If he and his crew truly felt good about the job they did and if the card was truly declined, I would think that he wouldn't hang up on me. I would think he would continue speaking to me in order to collect the allegedly unpaid bill. I'm extremely disappointed in this company and would warn anyone not to work with them. read more

The owner Tiffany Richardson became angry, used crude and offensive language. I texted her pictures of the areas that were dirty and she texted me the following. Guess I should have taken before and after pictures of all the baseboard covered in cat piss through out your 4000 plus square foot house. We cleaned for 15 hours today and charged you for 13 hours. I never said your house would look perfect. We worked out ass off and you have no appreciation. No worries, if we can't bring you peace and joy we don't want your business. I got 2 other text messages tonight of clients praising our work to!! You are in the minority and you may want to check your expectations. Nice to wake up the day after Thanksgiving with a shiny clean oven as a surprise from Clean Green. Although occasionally I turn on the auto clean, I have yet to wipe out the ashes so it was the first time I've seen the inside shiny (it's navy blue!) since I got the oven! Great unexpected surprise and very appreciated. Any housekeeping help is a luxury but my family including 2 adult children they also clean for, would be at a loss without them. It's now been several years and the grandkids visit more because the place is cleaner than before. My daughter in law, visiting from Montana jokingly asked if they travel! When we went to Thanksgiving dinner at another son's house, it was no hassle for them to have 16 of us because their house was also spotless. Without the worry and exhaustion from having to clean, it makes for quality time to visit with loved ones. No worries about anyone making messes you would previously have had to clean up after. Been a customer for several months now. Very happy with their work. When I make particular requests such as areas to focus on I can tell that they've made that effort. They are comfortable with my dog being home while they are there. They go the extra mile to write things with magnets on the fridge, leave a flower, etc. Really seem to care about my home and about doing excellent, thorough work. Steve said he was checking...checking again...hadn't heard back and needed to get my house on the market so I emailed asking when I would be scheduled (2days later). Steve replied that they couldn't do the service. No options provided. Put me behind by 2 weeks.
