I DO NOT recommend this cleaning business, we requested a move out cleaning service and had asked if windows (inside and out)/blinds were included with the service and we were assured that it would be. When the landlord went to check their work, none of the windows or blinds were cleaned and we had to go back in and clean them ourselves after paying $200 for 4.5 hours and they weren't even in the house for 4.5 hours. They said they would arrive between 9:45-10:15am and they did not show up until 10:35 and then texted us a little before 1 to let us know they were finished. That was maybe 3 hours that they were there. We reached out to the original text and called the phone number provided to see if they would be willing to fix the issue and the call was sent to voicemail with no response from them and it has been two days. This was the first time we used Karra's Housekeepin. We requested a through cleaning of our house as we had been ill on and off since the end of the year. Joy & Brooklyn were on time, friendly but very efficien with their time. I was over all pleased with their work and have scheduled them to come back on a regular basis. I didn't give out 5 stars because of a minor items missed but I think I didn't communicate well enough to them. Overall they did a great job. I just need to ask about other things that are not part of a normal house cleaning routine. That's on me. i believe the service is a good value give the current services I researched. read more

Karra's team is great! They have cleaned our house for over a year and always have done a great job.

Karra's group of cleaners are the best! I don't know what I would do without them. They are courteous, professional and above all hard workers. We usually leave when they are there just to stay out of their way. They are fast and do a nice deep job each week. I trust them to be alone in my home without a doubt. We have been with this service for two years and have never had any issues. Karra does a nice job communicating with us when we have questions. Hire this team! They are awesome! read more

I would definitely have to say I'm shocked with the experience I just had with Karra's house cleaners. On one occasion one of the girls who came to clean set her big bucket full of dangerous house cleaning supplies on the floor when it is more than obvious we have a 20 month old toddler running around and there are kids toys and play pins and such in every room in the house. I guess I just figured common sense would cause them to think not to place these chemicals on the floor where my son had access to them. One minute I was in the kitchen making lunch, the next minute my son had her toilet bowl cleaner in his mouth! of course I freaked out because my son was sucking on poison!! I then apologized for freakin out after getting off the phone with poison control and just asked them if they could PLEASE never put their chemicals on the floor and to make sure that they were out of reach away from my son. Then the next time they came to clean my house a different girl but someone from the same company comes over and puts her chemicals down on the floor right in front of my son!!! So I then said I'm a frustrated tone if they could PLEASE put some kind of note by our name, DO NOT PUT CHEMICALS IN REACH OF CHILDREN!!! Both of the girls of course apologized and said that it would NEVER happen again! Then literally 10 minutes later the other girl was in the kitchen cleaning and what do I see on the floor!!!!! You guessed it, her entire bucket of deadly chemicals with my son right around the corner!! So AGAIN I said in a desperate voice if they could PLEEEEEEASE NOT PUT THEIR CHEMICALS IN REACH OF MY SON!!! They both had quite an attitude as if I was being unreasonable!!! so as a busy mother I go about my chores in the zombie so they could finished cleaning my home. When they left they didn't say a word they left the trash on my front doorstep's and as I went around the house I realized that they barely cleaned up anything!! And on top of that I still had to pay for the hours they were here apparently doing something other than cleaning my home. To make things worse, they called my mother with whom I love with and said that they will no longer be cleaning for us and to find another cleaning service. They also told my mother that I called them retarded and was telling them to do this and do that and that they don't work like that!!! Never would I EVER use such a disgusting word like retarded towards anyone let alone call them any names. So the fact that they had to make up a lie like that, I believe because they were upset that I had to tell them TWICE to keep their chemicals out of my sons reach, it's just so immature and unprofessional, and then charge me for cleaning my house yet leaving it unclean and being rude to me as well I would say they deserve less than one star and I am very disappointed with the screen service and I never hire them again or recommend them to anyone.
