They have some toys in the entrance that kids can play with while they wait. My daughter got to pick a toy after her haircut. Since it was her first hair cut they saved a piece of her hair that they attached to a first haircut certificate and we got a photo of my daughter. Tara was my stylist and was so awesome! She spent time asking about what I wanted to accomplish and really listening to what my priorities are when it comes to my hair. She took time to educate me about how to best maintain the color between visits including what different shampoos actually do (purple counters yellow while blue counters orange/brassy hair). After noticing the toner made my hair a bit darker than what I wanted, she swiftly found a solution to lift the color a bit).
