Called to see pricing and availability for my 10 yr old son's haircut - the guy said $35 and gave me a time. I got an automated text with appt. When he got there, he asked how short and I wasn't sure so I said let's go 2 and see, he agrees. Better to not go so short cause it can't be fixed right? When almost done I asked for a little shorter and he said he has another appt coming which I totally understand but the appt is not there. I politely ask again and he goes that's 2 haircuts! Really to go a little lower...wow. Then he charges me $40 saying that's what he quoted - he didn't! And in fact they quoted the man in another seat $35! The guy starts arguing in front of my kid, and the best part - and I can of course prove I paid by credit card, after I leave - I get the automated text saying I was a no show for the appt.! Not professional, not a place to take a kid and dishonest. Ish, I do appreciate our conversation. I have never heard of a shop asking for full price to one go guide shorter - it wasn't 2-3, and even if it was are you saying you would charge 2-3x? Also, your barber agreed to see how it was...never did he say I'm gonna charge you full price for another cut for changing the guide size. Which also brings me to your barbers charging different prices to do the same thing - I called, they quoted $35, 3:45pm, I said let me confirm - when I called back to confirm, they said we have 3pm - then I come to find out it's $40. Sir, how is any customer supposed to know you guys charge different prices depending on who answers the call??? Danny does an amazing jobs and and makes sure he asks in detail what kind of cut you like. He takes his time getting it right and doesn't rush the cut at all. Then when he's done, he asks for feedback and genuinely listens. All around good experience. Cuts range from $35-45 from what I was told, not bad at all for the quality of service. The shop is clean, inviting, and spacious. They played a mix of hip-hop and Spanish music but not so loud they couldn't communicate with the clients. Fun and respectful. Good vibes there. - They are great with skin fade and non-skin fade. I got two haircuts from this barbershop so far, once a skin drop fade with Jose and non-skin burst fade with June. Good guidelines and fades. - Knowing how to properly section hair to layer/trim is a rare sight and often disregarded in barbershops. But Jose and June know how to work with longer hairs and work they scissors. - Barbers definitely match your energy. If you are there to get a cut and dip, they will cut you up quiet. If you are there to get a cut and vibe, they will match that too. - Price is a little steep not gonna lie but it's a good cut and good vibes. I'd rather pay 10-20 bucks more for the month to look good and feel good rather than trying to save that and look like a bum, respectfully. read more

Mannie looks out with the haircut and beard just like I requested. Ish was very helpful in pointing me to the right guy when I spoke with him and explained what I liked. For this review I'm going to stick to the facts: Haircuts are good . I've been here 4x (today being my 5th and last) Unfortunately due to my hectic schedule, I'm last minute when getting haircuts, so I went ahead and called in, made an appointment for 1130a. I arrived and saw the barber that was cutting my hair just start a cut while I arrived 10m early..... Look I don't mind waiting but what I did mind, was that after waiting for 30m. The barber decided to take a break and pretend that there wasn't anyone waiting. I left as soon as I noticed that behavior and decided (while I was waiting) to make an appointment at another barber shop closer to my home. As a business owner, communication is key when running a successful business. Without it, you'll loose clients and they'll find the same service elsewhere. One thing to keep in mind here, when you have the skills but lack the communication and service, you won't survive in this day and age. Been running my successful financial business for over 20 years by following this rule of thumb. Good luck to this business, but definitely won't be referring anyone anytime soon nor revisiting it. read more

Aldolfo did an excellent job! I've had buzz cuts most of my life. Recently, i wanted to try something different since I probably wont have hair forever. I showed about 5 minutes before my appointment. Everyone was genuinely friendly and I could tell they really enjoyed their work. The vibe was young and cool. I sat down and didn't really know what I should get. Adolfo said, "I got you, sir," and made a recommendation. He set to work, meticulously shaving and trimming where necessary. He had a clear attention to detail and remained focussed through the duration. At the end, I was very pleased with how it looked. The whole experience was better than I had hoped.
