My venue cancelled my wedding because of the Cov-ID 19, and the governor putting into action no groups of more than 10 allowed. My wedding was scheduled for May 9, 2020. My wedding was officially cancelled March 16 at 7pm and I called all of my vendors and let them know the next day that obviously because of the pandemic there will be no wedding. When I called Ms. Debbie to let her know, she was surprised because the wedding was still two months out and said she had to talk to her partner to let me know about a refund. Fast forward to today, she never got back to me and I had to reach out to her to ask what was going on with my refund? She responded telling me that there will be no refund because we cancelled the wedding. We didn't cancel the wedding the venue did so we are definitely entitled to our money back. Secondly, super unprofessional and insensitive for me to have to reach out to you instead of giving me a call to understand the "policy" that was set forth which I didn't get by the way. Because of this I would not recommend. You can't be an honest and a sincere individual or company when you do business the way we have been treated so quickly.

She pointed out a section of the store that I might have missed and pointed out some adorable note cards in my themes.
