The salesman told me my kit was all inclusive and came ready to go. As I was checking out the owner walks in with his wife. Very nice and friendly. He informs the salesman that the kit didn't include the battery and charger. Fair enough I suppose, add another $115 to the price I was originally told for the kit. To top it off, the charger was out of stock but they assured me if I pre-paid for it I'd have it in 3-4 days just in time for Christmas. Never called, never got the charger before Christmas. The person I got the gift for opens everything up, excited to try it out ...turns out the battery they sold me doesn't fit the car I bought. Take it back and they act like they knew it wouldn't fit and they said leave it with them and they will change the connectors. Still no word on the charger or my modified battery. I called 3 days ago and left a vm stating I still needed my charger I had paid for 3 weeks ago and the battery they were going to fix for me. Still no call back. Now I call and it rings, no one answers, and no more voicemail. Guess I will have to drive out of my way to compensate for their poor customer service. I should have saved the ~$50 premium for their "service" and just bought everything online. They may be new, but you would think that would mean their customer service is exceptional to gain business. Instead they have lost mine...just have to get my battery and charger or get my money back first.

Staff is all dressed the part, and helpful, handing out little tags with talismans in exchange for your overburdened arms, as you have collected various bits of their merch. I bought a couple locally made candles that smell soo good and also got a stuffed cat that looks quite eerily like mine. Shop owners are incredibly nice, helpful and they have such fun personalities on their social media accounts.
