They handled all of the trucking the old transmission back and it was picked up. Following week I asked for my deposit back and was told the pallet with my transmission got lost. It took 5 months and plenty of excuses before I finally got that back. The worst part is the CVT I got from them was junk. Acts exactly as the one I had the shop take out. Two year warranty but never rec'd paperwork about that plus I had it shipped across the Country. The labor was $4000 so that's to these crooks I have a Nissan Maxima with $13k into a $5k car and it is non-driveable! I plan to file a lawsuit that will include my air and hotel on top on the Everything else. Very sad how people can live with themselves after finavially damaging honest people,

Sunny rebuilt the transmission and had us back on the road in 3 days. HIs price was very reasonable. Unfortunately, the next day the truck broke down again. Sunny found and repaired an electrical problem and also noticed a brake issue and fixed that also. He did this extra work at no charge!! We purchased a 2015 Audi Q5 with only 57,000 miles from Kurt. He most recently replaced the Driveshaft and assured us that the vehicle was mechanically sound. On the first drive, the car left us stranded on the side of the road, indicating a transmission malfunction fault. I called Kurt, but he was not interested in helping, he also mentioned that he does not warranty his work. So I took the vehicle to a reputable shop that lifted the vehicle to check it out. To my surprise, the Driveshaft was damaged due to improper installation, and, it was found to be a low quality Chinese driveshaft that cost 1/10th the price of the original. Just about any mechanic that you will meet will warranty their work, and own their mistakes (which is ok, we are only human) but not Kurt. Instead, I am left with a hefty bill and a vehicle that my mother is afraid to even drive now. This review is so that you, as a potential customer, are aware of the person that you are looking forward to doing business with. I would highly recommend using mechanics that will warranty their work, because mistakes do happen.

The young man who drove me to the rental place was so friendly and professional as well. Yesterday, 4 February, I finally picked up my car. It took a while but that was because the other insurance company took their time to get adjusters etc. When I got there, Gabe came out to greet me, they pulled my Alpine white, 300C up and I was floored. It looked like a brand new car, like it had come out of the showroom. Gabe explained the work they did and that the impact was much more that it showed superficially. The inside was spotless, the trunk, glove compartment everything was just spotless and so clean. This morning my dad went to charge the battery and he said even the engine is spotless and so clean.
