Now that he has expanded h his business to Franklin Square...seems like customer service has gone down the toilet. He is not on site anymore and won't speak to customers even if there is a disagreement. There is a young guy behind the desk that seems to be running things now. I had an unfortunate encounter with him where he lied about calling me to approve services to my vehicle that I did not approve. I just wanted my brakes and rotors changed and that was confirmed when I dropped off the vehicle...only to be forced to pay for an extra tire rotation ($50 -while tires were already taken off already for brake job!) and coolant top off ($20) that was not pre approved (I had the tires already rotated that same morning at the dealership with an oil change!!). I understand that miscommunications can happen, but don't lie and tell me you called me to approve the extra services!! I have no tolerance for dishonesty!! PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!

It took less than a day for the scratches to be buffed out and now my aging car looks like it has a facelift. The mechanics here didn't smoke in my car or drive it around to waste my gas, which is what happened when I had to bring my car in a few months ago at a different place. Their service was fast and professional. The only downside is there is very little parking so when we we're getting my car examined I had to double park on the busy street.

He gave me a price on fixing my tailgate and it was kind of out of my price range for doing everything but he ended up doing it for free when I came to pick it up! Even washed the whole truck and shined the tires. I would go on a Saturday morning if you want an estimate on your car. On weekdays the parking is pretty bad being in an industrial area. I just want to start by saying that I have spent thousands of dollars here at GTS motors. Countless…read moretimes they charged me hundreds of dollars to fix an issue they never fixed, for example I was charged over $500 for my rear sunshade to be fixed, when I had received the vehicle they did not want to acknowledge the fact that they had completely broken off the trim from the track. My car has returned with scratches multiple times, roof, rims, and sides of my vehicle. They have charged me over $300 to do paint my door to which it did not even match factory color and it was obvious they used very cheap dollar store paint. Sergio will ignore you when you try to speak to him or address any sort of issues while the lady at front desk covers for all of his mistakes. VERY VERY dishonest business I WILL NEVER return here again. Their prices are competitive with bmw service prices and I would much rather be at the dealership paying these stealership prices. I was charged $400 for my rims to be cleaned and painted when they clearly used very cheap paint and then play stupid. I also asked for a transmission service to which they decided to do a oil change on my engine unauthorized when I had just received a oil change service from bmw dealership. I brought three cars here and had nothing but problems with all of them. For one vehicle, they…read morereplaced a door but never installed the door check, so the door wouldn't stay open. At first they tried to tell us we'd have to buy the part ourselves and take it to the dealership, even though we already paid them thousands for the job. After going back multiple times, they finally admitted they knew the part was missing the whole time and said it was on back order until November. If they knew, why give the car back incomplete and deny it until we pushed them? Another shop was able to get the part in just one day, so clearly it wasn't impossible. The second car was supposed to have front-end damage repaired, but they gave it back with a dent still there and acted like they didn't notice. Then they told us we'd have to wait months for someone else to fix it. On top of that, we also had brake work done on an AMG package car -- we specifically told them upfront it had larger AMG rotors, they said they understood, quoted us, then later claimed they "didn't know" and acted like they made no money on the job. The whole time, the guy John was rude, made inappropriate comments, and behaved like he was doing us a favor by taking our money. Both cars were left incomplete, and the experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else -- we did, and the other shop fixed things right away.

Called and was told to come on in to get a quote from them looking at the damage. They were fast and made the process easy. The guy that hit me initially wanted to pay out of pocket but then ghosted me...but the go ole law and insurance was able to find him and this shop took care of my car after everything was situated! The front desk guy John is a true pleasure! So is JP! He kept me abreast of everything going in from the start. Due to covid some of the parts they needed took a while but I was in no rush since I wanted it done correctly. When I received my car back, they had detailed it and it looked completely brand new!! You would have never knew that anything even happened. Truly all in all I will recommend anyone to come here if you want a quality job done!!
