It really couldn't have been any better. We used the call ahead seating and got sat immediately after we arrived. Shelby was our server and she was very attentive, knowledgeable about the food, alcohol and dessert menus. So sweet and friendly. Just the right amount of table touching. We noticed everyone and I mean EVERYONE (from host, bartender, other servers and the manager) work as a cohesive team. Each and every one of them stopped by at some point to pick up an empty plate, refill a drink, grab a lime off the floor that another server dropped or just to make sure we didn't need anything. We had the featured salad of the day as an appetizer - perfect amount for two. My husband had the biggest portion, best tasting lasagna he has ever had. I had the veal parmigiana. Both were plated well and look beautiful, you could tell the kitchen staff takes pride in their work. Both were delicious. We ended up taking half of it home and got the ricotta cheesecake to go (we now know we do not like ricotta cheesecake), the texture was great but it just wasn't sweet enough for us. I…read morecalled another pizza place (closer to our house) and they snickered and said that it would be a 2hr 45min wait for any order.. before breaking out the cooking stuff we tried Cosmos. They weren't open. The phone message said they were closed prepping for dinner and opened at 5pm, but that you could preorder online..so at 4:45 I ordered 6 large pies and the pick up time was 5:15. I sent my husband and told him to expect to sit for awhile...the pizzas were EARLY. Overall not my favorite pizza I like more sauce, cheese/toppings. Definitely was not greasy though! For the lightening fast turnaround time you cannot beat it!
