When I got home , I saw it was an incorrect dose and called them and the Dr ! The Dr called them and gave them the correct dose and I've been told they're not sure they can fill THE CORRECT DOSE yet again???? I then told them I needed a confirmation that I would be credited for the wrong RX and was told I would not be and that it was the Dr's fault, but they should have made sure it was the correct dose ???? What if I was elderly and did not read the papers on the bag when I got home? I would have taken Twice the amount prescribed??? They should have made sure of the dosing. You would be very sick if you took 600 mg of progesterone per day Not once has that pharmacy showed any effort to show care to me as a patient /client They are always busy and maybe that's the problem. My dog required a medication that had to be compounded, unfortunately for me, Ranier's Pharmacy is…read morethe only local compounding pharmacy. I had the prescription filled there 4 times. At first, it seemed to be alright, but their customer service is less than adequate. One would think someone speaking to a customer regarding their order would be pleasant and helpful. Far from it with Ranier's. The staff is rude and very short when speaking with you on the phone. I work in the medical field, and I am very aware that establishments want paid prior to dispensing orders. When I ask for the medicine to be delivered same day, one would think the response would be something along the lines of, "Sure, what address would you like it delivered to." Not with Ranier's, it was, "How do you plan on paying for this because we cannot deliver without payment." I paid via credit card and ask them to keep the card on file and had it delivered to my place of work. The next time I requested it be filled, the same situation, however I had to again provide my card even though they had it on file. I also had to ask where it would be delivered because they neglected to tell me where they planned on delivering. When I ask where they were delivering, it was to my parents address somehow. The last time I had it filled the woman I spoke with ask if I wanted to pay with the card on file. I said yes, and she verified my card. The medication was delivered and I thought that was the end of it. Not a chance, the delivery gentleman called me later that evening and ask if I could send a payment as he was to collect on delivery and forgot. I informed him I would once I verified my card wasn't charged. The delivery gentleman showed up at my house today and demanded payment, further explaining if I didn't provide a payment Ranier's was taking it out of his paycheck. Really? I am pretty sure one cannot do that. Is Ranier's that far behind in the times that they don't send an invoice for an unpaid balance? They would rather waste the time and money to send the delivery person back to my house which is in Mt. Pleasant to obtain payment? What a joke. The whole establishment seems to be haphazardly ran. They are either understaffed, or hire anyone willing to work. That will be the last time I deal with Ranier's. Thank god my veterinarian was able to order my dogs medication through a mail order pharmacy as they too have had issues with Ranier's.

The shelves and racks looked fully stocked and organized. I felt surprised to see some name brands such as Reebok. I also felt surprised that the store kept hygiene/beauty products locked up in a special section with an employee monitoring. By far the WORST pharmacy I have ever had to deal with in my entire life!!!…read moreTheir hours are always wrong when you check them. The staff and pharmacists are rude, inconsiderate and could care less about the actual patient or customer. They are constantly out of my medications even though they are to be filled every month at the same time and they refuse to prepare, I am out of at least 2 medications each month for 3 days at time. My refills are predated so there should be no confusion yet, because they do not order them on time, I have to wait 3 days and be out each month following because the full date changes. They changed the fill date but I have to suffer without life sustaining meds every month. When you ask for this to be corrected, they laugh at you like you are the idiot for asking. I have dealt with ge pharmacy's for over 20 years and never had a problem until I switched to them when I moved. I will now or never again step foot inside a giant Eagle pharmacy because of them!!! Everytime I ask for a manager, they give me the same pharmacist who is not a manager and has zero people or management experience or skills. They obviously don't want anyone to have the managers info because they are hiding what actually goes on there.

Everytime I call up there marlaina pretends to be the manager and argues with me right away and she just has that annoying tone to her voice and she purposely pushes your buttons as if she likes upsetting people and withholding their prescriptions. The real manager is supposedly Jen, who I haven't had the pleasure of arguing with yet! If she employs somebody like marlaina then she's got very very poor judgement on people who should be delegating pharmacy prescriptions and dealing with people in an appropriate manner.
