Anyway, it looks like the business was once someone's house, so there are two rooms downstairs and an upstairs to explore. There is also a private parking lot. This isn't a place you would visit on a regular basis, but a great place to find home decor items or if you are looking for a birthday gift, house warming gift, or some other special occasions. They sell a lot of jewelry, crafty-type items, cards, candles, scarves and hats, and other fun stuff. Today, I purchased two birthday cards and a Christmas gift for the in-laws. The only con is, as expected with stores like this, items can be a little pricey. Look for deals and sale items. Worth a least a trip or two!

In the last year, I started to give sewing and quilting a try. I like coming here because the ladies are so knowledgeable and can answer my questions without making me feel dumb. It can be a question about thread, fabric or needles, they are willing to take time to help me. There are always new projects around the store for ideas. The fabrics are of very good quality. Most people run to Joann's when looking for sewing materials, but I recommend that this place may have what you need. There are no sales or coupons needed, but the service and help is here.

This particular Ross is in the Greengate Centre shopping center. I occasionally shop at Ross to search their racks and shelves for bargains. During my visit here, I looked throughout the store but especially in the women's clothing and home goods. The shelves and racks appeared to be fully stocked and organized. The prices were reasonable. For example, I saw a pack of several pairs of Calvin Klein underwear for $22, a Henckels ceramic pan for about $25, a 6-pack of Skechers socks for several dollars, a nice sundress for $18, and a Michael Kors purse for $63. Those bargains were tough to pass up (I am still thinking about them!), but I did buy a cellphone cord and a dog toy. The cashier rang up my purchase properly.

I find it odd that they have now moved the fitting rooms to the front of the store and there is no one really there to man them now.
