When I went back, I was told they were "out of stock," even though the shelves were fully stocked with the exact same drinks I ordered, which made the explanation hard to understand and honestly very frustrating. On a second occasion, my drinks were made incorrectly with the wrong flavors, AGAIN! I definitely started notice a pattern rather than bad luck, so I went back to the store to get it corrected. What really stood out wasn't just the mistake itself, but how it was handled. It's one thing to make an error, but it's another when someone is literally looking at you and laughing about it as if wasting someone's time and money is funny, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I did speak with a manager, she took responsibility for the situation but didn't actually handle or resolve it. Honestly felt like she was trying to brush the issue off and move past it as if it never really happened and to me that really shows that customer service at this store doesn't seem like a priority. If you don't like your job, then QUIT, because bringing that kind of negative energy into customer interactions isn't fair to people who are paying for a service.

During checkout, no customers were ahead of me in line, so I had no wait. The cashier courteously said hello and goodnight. Of course, CVS also has a pharmacy, which I did not use. CVS also sells various products for personal care, beauty, health, and household. They have a loyalty program called ExtraCare, which helps to make the prices somewhat more reasonable.

I forgot about the rest of my balance on the card. I went to use it like a year later but the gift card money that I had on my app was gone. Maybe it expired or something. I think that's kind of awful. It was a long time but why would it expire and why would they take my money? If it worked at the gas pump to begin with I would have just used the whole card there. I'm only out like $15-$20 but why would I go back when I could go to Sheetz or GetGo or some other place?

This particular location is located in Jeannette, and it is open 24 hours per day. My husband and I needed to fill up the gas tank in our SUV with premium gasoline. A pump was available for our use, so we did not have to wait in a line of vehicles. The price of $4.999 per gallon was comparable to what other gas stations charge, and we experienced no waits or malfunctioning with the pump. Note: If you are a member of Giant Eagle's rewards program, then you can earn Perks here and later redeem them for discounts on gas and groceries. We did not use the convenience store or the GetGo Cafe, so I cannot comment on them.

To note it is at a very busy intersection on Route 30 in Jeannette. This sits between two red light intersections, on a busy day this can be quite a chore to get in and out of. With it being brand new the location has all the bells and whistles. The gas island is set off to one side of the lot making it fairly easy if you are just getting gas. There is also a free air spot for your tires. The store portion is pretty great. It has that industrial feel. It has all that you would expect to find when it comes to convenience. This location also has a fairly extensive selection of beer and wine. The hot prepared food section is rather nice looking. I cannot speak to the speed or quality of the food as I was just looking for a quick drink after fueling up my vehicle. One added bonus at this location is kind of hidden. Prior to this being a GetGo a PNC Bank sat at the location. PNC didn't completely go away. In the back right corner there sits a drive up ATM, brought to you by no other than PNC.
