Another time, I ordered and paid in the app. I chose "asap" and 15 minutes later my items were still not ready. Another time all I ordered was a hot dog with basic toppings (ketchup, mustard and relish). I was the only car in the line and it still took almost ten minutes. Overall, I really like Sheetz, the quality of the food and overall friendliness of the staff, but this location seems to need help organizing their MTO process.

We chose a fruit salad, potato chips, and two beverages from the store, and we ordered two submarine sandwiches from the made-to-order counter. The cashier immediately rang up our purchase, and she told us to have a good day. Several minutes later, an employee correctly made our foods, and he sincerely thanked us. My husband and I did not use the gas pumps or the restrooms, so I cannot comment on them. I do know that if you are a member of Giant Eagle's rewards program, then you can use your rewards to receive discounts on gas here. I'm not kidding you, I drove by Friday night and came back through Monday morning and it had changed. With the change there seems to be a better layout of the lot and better flow as well. Making it easier to get gas or go inside. Inside it is a little bit put together unlike how it was prior. It was so haphazard before the changeover and it felt like it was cluttered in here. The staff seem to be the same, so no change there. Biggest pro here, you don't need to go all the way into either Murrysville or Delmont for Sunoco gas now.
