Even if you have pre ordered in the app. On one visit, it took almost 20 minutes in the drive through even though their was only one car in front of me and it did not seem like they were that busy inside. Another time, I ordered and paid in the app. I chose "asap" and 15 minutes later my items were still not ready. Another time all I ordered was a hot dog with basic toppings (ketchup, mustard and relish). I was the only car in the line and it still took almost ten minutes. Overall, I really like Sheetz, the quality of the food and overall friendliness of the staff, but this location seems to need help organizing their MTO process.

We easily found a convenient parking space for our vehicle. My husband went inside the store to find snacks and beverages for us. After a few minutes, he returned with candy bars and a freeze slushy. The prices of the products were OK. We enjoyed the flavors of the candy bars and slushy. Sheetz also sells gasoline as well as Made-to-Order foods (e.g., burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, and many others).

The cashier immediately rang up our purchase, and she told us to have a good day. Several minutes later, an employee correctly made our foods, and he sincerely thanked us. My husband and I did not use the gas pumps or the restrooms, so I cannot comment on them. I do know that if you are a member of Giant Eagle's rewards program, then you can use your rewards to receive discounts on gas here.
