For some reason, this is the absolute slowest Sheetz I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and the place is generally pretty clean and well kept, but if you order MTO food, expect a wait. Even if you have pre ordered in the app. On one visit, it took almost 20 minutes in the drive through even though their was only one car in front of me and it did not seem like they were that busy inside. Another time, I ordered and paid in the app. I chose "asap" and 15 minutes later my items were still not ready. Another time all I ordered was a hot dog with basic toppings (ketchup, mustard and relish). I was the only car in the line and it still took almost ten minutes. Overall, I really like Sheetz, the quality of the food and overall friendliness of the staff, but this location seems to need help organizing their MTO process. read more

I had a long drive ahead of me so I stopped in for a hot mocha for the trip. I ordered from the kiosk then waited and waited. This location seemed slower than other locations from which I've ordered the same thing. Also, the coffee drink here just wasn't as good as I've had at other locations either. It's probably OK for gas and food and such, but I don't think I'd stop in for coffee again. read more

I will post my review everywhere I can. I am still so grateful and appreciative of this store and from the help and kindness I received the last time I was here. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Recently I was at this store having a horrible day and I come outside to my car battery dead. Embarrassed already I went inside and asked for help the manager asked everyone if anyone knew how to jump a car without any hesitation a very nice young lady named Jess came outside to help me. She found another person to let us use their battery. Within 5 mins she had my car started and running again. I seriously still cannot thank her enough and everyone at that store for being so nice and helping me. I tried to give her money, she would not take it said give it to someone who really needs it. This is for the car wash only. I purchased a basic $9 car wash Soft Touch. It was just okay. I drive a GMC Terrain, a mid-size SUV. My rims were not even touched, i had to hand wash them when I got home. And although i folded in my mirrors, when the mechanism came forward it pushed my passenger mirror out. And, when i went to pump gas, there was soap and water around the gas cap. Maybe its my design of car, (gas door is pressure sense to open), but it seems the mechanism coming toward the front has issues with my gas door and mirrors. The gas areas and the store were clean, but the men's room needed some help due two urinals out of service. A great selection of snacks and candies. I ordered a hot dog using their "Made-To-Order" touchscreen and other than quite a lot of upsell opportunities (extra cheese? want two?) it was simple enough, My number was called and I ate it outside. Sheetz' are like fingerprints, no two are alike. That can definitely be said of this one. I don't think there is any other location put together like this one. The store itself is pretty big and laid out decently. Enough pumps to accommodate car after car. And of course the MTOs are amazing. The only downside here is the entrances. If you must enter this one, turn at the light and use the side entrance. With traffic behind you, try not to use the first entrance on 22 right after the light. I've been to soooooo many Sheetz locations and regularly frequented a handful and this one and the Sheetz in Creighton are the only two I think are really worth anything. Everyone here is great. I visited this location on July 29th at about 15:30. I had ordered a made to order salad. While there the associates were playing with the intercom and being silly. When I picked up my order the manager had her back to me while I said Thank You and appeared to be playing on her phone. When I got back to work and started getting ready to have my salad, I noticed that half of the ingredients were missing. Also, the meat tasted rotten and they only gave me a single portion when I ordered double. But, the meat tasted so bad that I had to throw the whole salad away so that I wouldn't get sick on the rotten meat. Sheetz is like the cultural epicenter of Pennsylvania and I'm only mostly kidding. The gas station is open 24/7 as is the convenience store. It's like the best gas station ever and you can only really appreciate that if you've spent time away from Pennsylvania. The restrooms are always super clean. The gas station is big and has probably close to twenty gas pumps. They have a car wash which does a really good job of cleaning your car even if it's a bit slow. Inside the gas station is actually a pretty large convenience store you can get almost any type of snack and even some basic groceries inside there. As well as nice clean sitting area for if you get food there. As for there food options which they're pushing more and more; they have some really good coffee in the morning plus not nearly as long a wait time as some other places. The sandwiches/biscuits are good honestly, certainly not great but I'd definitely compare it to something you can get at a Mcdonalds and doesn't taste like they just took it out of a freezer. That's a huge plus for me when talking about gas station food. read more

Sheetz. Good for fried food at odd hours. Unfortunately - its a place you go to because of its convenience, its proximity, or because no where else is open. Its actual food and service has been very disappointing. First, Was left to wait in a drive-thru after this kid told me their thing was broken and he needed to take my card somewhere else. Obviuously not the kid's fault so whatever, but still u nerving to know your card is taken to somewhere you can' t see it - I think we've all heard those debit card information theft stories. Anyways, kid comes back with my card, tells me to drive to the next window where I'll get my order. I wait in the car fo a long time - annoying, but understandable - sheets does get busy at times. But one my food finally does come - the kid hands me half my order and then tells me to have a good night. No app sampler in hand. I remind him; he leaves us waiting again. I start drinking my milkshake - I notice it feels odd but I pay it no mind. Eventually, my food comes and I leave. Once I get home I finish my milkshake only to find a bunch of weird circular things at the bottom. Ice. They were ice pieces because this new kid was in too much of a rush to properly blend my food. Needless to say I was pretty annoyed - after all that waiting to get an unblended milkshake half full of ice. Next experience - and I'll keep this short. Next time I go to sheetz - order app sampler again. No line, no busy, so no excuse for my food to be undercooked. Like literally, would it have killed you to leave my food in the fryer for like a minute more. Overall, I did not give sheets 1 star because I know some nice employees who have been really sweet to me. Also they are always open when doors are shut elsewhere - so out of loyalty I will not give one star. But their actually food is terrible, not all their employees are that good and they need to better train some of them. read more

Before I explain why I like Sheetz so much, let's list all of the other places in Murrysville that are open 24 hours/day: -McDonald's... Enough said. -Wal-Mart, which doesn't really serve food. If that doesn't make it clear enough, stop into a Sheetz and try the MTOs. Even after the novelty of the touchscreen wears off (or if it never does), your food will never fail to impress (much). Sandwiches are cheap, coffee is made (relatively) fresh, and you can get a gigantic slushie for, like, a dollar. What I mean to say is that between sunrise and sunset, Sheetz is just okay. But after dark, when everyone else in Murrysville is sleeping, it's pretty much the greatest thing in miles, and I'm fine with that. read more

Been trading at this Sheetz since it opened. 1st time new facilities purchased gas with no problem. Today 11/30 2nd visit, Inserted card, Then a message Credit or Debit, or ?? some membership card ? Lost me. Could not get beyond "prepay inside !" Drove off, I'm cripple and no desire to prepay inside. The marathon down the street took my card ,No Problem ! 5 or 10 cents a gallon means nothing to me so I'm not looking for a "Card" for a discount, OR a grocery card for discount, Just a simple card insertion , fill up the tank (can't get a full tank with prepay ). Why so damn complicated ? Not user friendly for a Senior !! read more

I just ordered popcorn chicken tossed in hab/buffalo sauce. The chicken was frozen. Tossed in sauce, while frozen, put in a box, and sold. I tried calling but the line went dead after one ring.
