At my first appointment I met Dr. Johns, he was nice enough, but his nurse Debbie was really nice. It's a little longer wait but it wasn't that bad. I went to get my surgery and the first nurses I saw were not overly friendly which I was a bit disappointed. I was the last surgery of the day so I really had a long wait after arriving at 11 am and not scheduled until 3:30. I was kind of just left on my own to wait. My spirits were lifted when I met the anesthesiologist, Darren. He was great! Made me feel warm and fuzzy! My surgery was at 3:30 and it took about an hour. I was already leaving the surgery center by 6:30. It was a lot easier than I expected. Dr. Johns did a very good job. Whenever I called the office I got quick responses. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend Dr. Johns and Darren and Debbie. The rest were just okay not unfriendly at all by any means. It was about five or six long pages of paperwork to do. That's a lot of writing on a clipboard! Probably did take me about 15 minutes to fill it out. Unfortunately 45 minutes later, I still hadn't got called back for my consultation because apparently they were running about an hour behind. I sat in that waiting room for an hour before I had to leave to get home for my child. I was very disheartened as it took me a while to make that call to begin with, and I left there feeling like I didn't want them to work on me because my time was not valuable enough for them to tell me that they were running way behind.

At the checkout counter, one customer was ahead of me in line. After a small wait, a friendly cashier rang up my items, carefully bagged them, and wished me a good day. In addition to hand soaps and hand sanitizers, Bath & Body Works also sells body washes, shower gels, body scrubs, body lotions, hand creams, lip balms, body sprays, perfumes, and home fragrances. He came in to the exam room and we discussed my concerns and goals, he immediately recommended I go back to my original doctor. Then he still wanted to examine me. What I find wrong with it is if you already told me you not gonna do my surgery why are you touching my breast. He really touched them from every side and squeezed them and pushed them, touched my nipples. Then asked me to show him how I massage them. Then he pulled my panties down to see my c-section scar, and rubbed my stomach and asked to see my whole body. After all that he he said I have a good skin. Why do you touch me and ask me to show you how I massage my breast and pull down my underwear if you already told me you not gonna do the surgery on me. I feel violated and molested at this point. There should be a nurse in a room with a doctor and there was none. Unprofessional. I've been to different plastic surgeons for a consultation and none of them ever allowed themselves to do that. I left the office traumatized and violated.

I asked Dr. Lazzaro's office for a refund, and as of today - I haven't received a penny. Just a comment that they were unaware I was unhappy with my results. Which is a LIE.
