I had a great experience getting a full wheel alignment done at Giant Bull Custom Auto House in Newark -- and it was worth the drive from the Peninsula. First impression: this is the biggest auto shop I've personally used in the Bay Area. Because of the size, it can be a little confusing at first since they have two locations across the street, but once you're at the right spot, the process is very smooth. I arrived around 9:30am and the car was ready by about 10:00am. They gave me a printed before-and-after alignment sheet, which I really appreciated because it clearly showed what was out of spec and what they corrected. After the alignment, the car drives noticeably smoother and more stable. For context, I had replaced 4 tires at America's Tire (they don't do alignments anymore). I tried a big chain first because the online appointment estimate said about 1 hour, but after I drove there they changed it to 3 hours. Even after waiting, they still couldn't complete it on time, so I ended up leaving without getting the alignment done. Not a pleasant experience. Giant Bull's price beat the other options I checked, the turnaround was fast, and the work quality was excellent. If you need alignment in Newark (especially for a Tesla Model 3), I highly recommend them. read more

I have a Honda crosstour and the back was pretty bad and as well as my backlights were damaged completely and parts for my vehicle are usually hard to get but Daniel and his team are very reliable & trustworthy 100% , there was a lack of communication through my insurance but Daniel was able to take care of things on his end and helped a worrying customer. My car now looks brand new even more than when I first purchased it! The paint work looks AMAZING and the body work that needed fixing as well, they go above and beyond and go the extra mile for their customers for example even cleaning my headlights and fixing the front part of my license plate ! Went for an easy oil change and ended up saving thousands...Daniel and his team noticed some cracks in my radiator which created a big leak. Daniel offered me an awesome price to fix it and was able to get the part and do the labor in less than three hours. I don't know what I would have done if my car over heated and broke down on me. Mind you I had taken my car somewhere else not too long ago and they didn't notice anything .
