Found my new favorite shop. Bryant and Jeriko are real car enthusiasts and great people. Brought my X5 here that had a major oil leak and Bryant was able to diagnose it accurately when other shops couldn't and was able to fix the issue. Had a last minute request for brake flush and spark plug replacement and he was able to squeeze it in. These guys know their stuff and run an honest shop and do excellent work. Bryko is my go to place for BMW repairs - I look for three things in an auto mechanic 1. Integrity 2. Mechanical/technical knowledge and ability 3. Transparency and communication skills. Brian at Gryko gets a pluses from me in all three areas. For example he just repaired a coolant leak on my daughter's BMW 318. Many BMW mechanics with automatically throw in a new water pump and filter to pad the bill by 1000 bucks. Not so with brian. In fact when a gasket blew out on his most recent repair although it required considerable labor he replaced the gasket and performed the labor gratis under warranty. read more

Great service at reasonable price and very responsive! I went in for an oil change and asked in passing about my washer fluid leaking issue that had been happening for the past couple of years. The BMW dealership hasn't been able to find out why my washer fluid was leaking for two years and I finally got it fixed here! Now I can finally wipe my windshield again. read more

Bryko Motors did a great job and solved an issue that Fremont BMW had tried to fix but was never successful. Fremont BMW wanted us to replace the turbo, instead these guys were able to find the problem with the connection to the BMW 3 series turbo, figured out a solution, and now it is running great. Bryko Motor also determined that some errors were a result of the battery going out. I would highly recommend Bryko Motors. They know BMWs, are honest, professional, and trust worthy. read more

It's hard to find a good mechanic in general and if you have a BMW or European car it's even harder. I have a go to mechanic for my Toyota car but we just recently got a used BMW X1 (Blastoise). Hence we needed to look for another mechanic that specializes in BMW. I'm so glad my wife find this spot. Bryko did a full diagnostic and gave us estimate on how much it will cost. I did price research before contacting Bryko and other BMW mechanic shops. Bryko's gave the best quote. They sent us photo and gave us update as they work on Blastoise. It cost more than their estimated price due to unforeseen extra work needed to be replace BUT they only charge us for the price they originally gave us which we really appreciate. Currently, our budget is kinda tight so we really appreciated the discount they gave us so that we would only pay the original estimate they gave. Drove Blastoise to Tahoe during the blizzard and the suv took it like a champ. I totally understand now why people love to drive BMW. They're fun to drive. TLDR; They're price is fair and honest. - They give you estimate and stick to it as much as they can. Especially if they're weren't able to inform you on the unforeseen extra cost. Long overdue review.. my parents visited Bryko Motors on 8/24/21 to get my mom's BMW X1 checked out. Because my parents do not speak English very well Bryan (pretty sure that's who I was talking to on the phone) relayed all the info/communicated with me. I was taken back by the honesty and integrity of these guys. He was super thorough/informative as he talked us through the diagnostic results and presented options/recommendations on how we could proceed. He even went as far as to help us save costs by letting us know what needed to be fixed now vs minor issues that could wait until the next service date. Such a stark contrast with the usual predatory nature of other shops (especially dealership repair centers) wanting to extract as much money as possible out of customers. The guys at Bryko Motors are definitely high caliber AND look out for the best interests of the customer. Can't really beat that. Top tier shop in every way.. not much else to say. read more

hands down the best shop i've been too in hayward. Its so hard to find a place who will work on your car with passion and honesty. i took my car in without knowing if they can help me out or not. i went to another place to get my car serviced . spent so much money thinking the work was done properly. But funny thing , my car kept breaking down every 2/3 weeks. i had no idea what was going on . i was driving down whipple when i saw the shops name on the side of the road. i decided to look it up and hope for the best. It took 1 full day for them to take care of a major issue i had. I am absolutely amazed with the work they provided me. i waited a week to write this review because i wanted to test my car out first and see if its fine and it drives way better. I couldn't have asked for a better service on my 2007 BMW 335i. My previous experiences with any BMW service has been absolutely terrible. No one in Trivalley area or South Bay or even mobile service comes close. I took my car to Bryko after talking to Bryant to replace the turbos and fix an oil pan gasket. He kept me updated throughout the process using pictures of each step. Fixed not only what I had asked for but many other things that were breaking apart after years of poor service. The result, when I got it back, the car pulls harder than stock and runs a lot smoother. They are miles ahead of anyone I have encountered so far. I will be back in future. The gentlemen (Jericho and Bryan) who run the place are consummate PROFESSIONALS. I have an '01 325ci and rolled in for an oil change. I was impressed by the routine inspection that included, brakes front/rear, and a coolant leak test, on account they wanted to rule out any over heating issues. I had to ask "why" because they detected a pool of coolant and oil sitting under the chassis cover. They did not mind the direct questions and were very patient with me. I know I chose right because all of the vehicles being serviced were ALL BMWs'. It's very refreshing to know that quality work still exists. I then included rear, brake/rotor replacement because they showed me the grooves that were set in. My service experience was done knowing that they added prolonged longevity to my daily driver. I appreciate their expertise and their work is a testament to their ability. Owning a BMW is not cheap and I am glad to have found peace mind by trusting Bryko. 1. They DO NOT try to BS and upsell you. You have the ultimate decision in getting what you ask for and they DO NOT give you any unnecessary services that bleed your wallet. 2. I'm a ASE certified mechanic and have been in the industry since 1983 and have always serviced my own cars so I was a bit nervous having someone else work on my 2002 M3. I dropped my car off to have the rod bearings done. I was really impressed on how quick and thorough they were. I've never written any reviews on Yelp b/c I've never deemed any shop/vendor that phenomenal for me to write one, but I guess every once in a little while, you find a product/service that great that a review is mandatory. It takes a tremendous amount of trust to bring your car to a mechanic with no track record or reviews, but this is an instance where taking the risk paid off handsomely. Bryant and Jeriko, two highly qualified technicians with high praise amongst the BMW community, ventured out of BMW of Easy Bay to start Bryko Motors took care of my e92 335. I came in with boost leaks, oil leaks, and several performance upgrades that needed install and Bryko did a phenomenal job of properly diagnosing the car and constantly refining the parameters of potential problems until they are confident in telling you what urgently needs repair and what can wait. (Basically giving you real answers you seek - unlike the stealerships that tell you everything is urgent). Prices are more than fair. Obviously, I'm not looking for the cheapest rates because I care about quality work. Don't think for a second that they can't compare to other shops you are familiar with (FFTEC, Performance Tech, etc) because don't get me wrong, I have huge respect for them, but Bryko is just as good, if not, even better. They got the parts I needed (which were hard to find) on the same day and that is because their many years of tenure in the auto industry has enabled them to have a broad network of relationships with multiple vendors. They did things strategically and efficiently - no gimmicks, no shortcuts, no half-ass jobs. To wrap it up, Bryko offers great prices, superb customer service, quality parts, and more importantly, quality work. I've worked with many mechanics in the past and I've never seen such anal attention to details. The mere meticulousness of their work truly intrigues me and that's why I will never look for any other mechanics in the Bay Area. I can't give enough praises to these to guys Bryant and Jeriko of BRYKO Motors. First off, I am a car enthusiast and a BMW fanatic as well as Bryant and Jeriko. I know when I would commission my vehicle to them it would be in good hands. I have followed them online in different BMW communities and what you would read/see when both their names are brought up is all top notch and 100% true. These two guys are one of the best when it comes to the work and craftsmanship they put in to the cars... When I found out they are going to have their own shop, I know it will be top quality as well. The way they take care of their own cars alone is pretty impressive. Shop is super clean and organize along with the restrooms. When you get to the shop, it not like a typical greasy shop you would go to... it was more of a high quality boutique where you would take your car to get pampered. Bryant and Jeriko are both highly knowledgeable qualified technicians. When you are looking for a shop... don't always go for the price, you really get what you pay for.... in this case you get much more from these guys. They don't skim on anything... plus prices are really competitive and reasonable. After all you are paying for the experience of the technician and quality of work that is going into your vehicle.                              Parts that was used for my cars that I asked for was all factory BMW genuine parts.... big plus for me since I plan to keep most of my vehicles. I have brought two of my cars to them... my first one is a 2001 740i M-Sport (full top end built...etc) and my second my 1995 840ci (recently bought this one and sent this to them to do all full laundry list of  check up and revamp what ever it needed). Might I add, I am from Southern California... both I had sent up to them to take care of... This is how much I trust and appreciate their work... I don't think I can get that type of care and work put into my cars they way BRYKO did to both of them. I was always looking for a reliable mechanic shop for my BMW. Finally, my friend recommended me Bryko Motor. He also gave them five star rating. I had my oil leaking for years and dealership recommended me to change the electric shaft sensor(preventive) and replace the valve cover gasket for $2k. Bryant and Jeriko did a really awesome quality work to help me replaced the valve cover gasket, engine oil and oil filter. I can't give more praises to their craftsmanship and patience to answer all my questions. From now on, even I live in San Jose, I will always let Bryant and Jeriko help me about all the issue of my car. I even feel they should charge me more for such a quality work. After the dealer told me $600 to replace my battery, I went to Pepboys. I figured it's just a battery can't be too hard to replace. The Pepboys mechanic pulled me to the side and said, no one knows how to work on that car, take it to Bryko. I requested a quote, got a response in a half out, nearly half the cost the dealer was asking. I've gotten a few things done at this shop, outside of the reasonable prices, they are incredibly knowledgeable. More than that, the guy that was helping me spoke to me instead of at me, making me understand the car and explaining what recommended services I should wait on and what can't wait based on the risks and associated cost. Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a shop. To close out, they never asked me to review, or offered a discount for doing so, so all of these 5's are legit. read more

Bryant helped me with an oil leak and clunking diagnostic for my 2005 325i. He provided a comprehensive inspection, including pictures and videos of the problem areas. Communication was excellent and I saved a ton over what Fremont BMW wanted to charge for the same services. They even went above and beyond and recommended the parts I had thought were bad were actually in decent condition, thus saving me additional money. I'll be back with my next BMW! read more
