I ask anyone to please message me and I will show you all of the money I pad this unethical contractor plus photos of the work. Even the building inspector told me it looked like I tried to tile myself. He also scrubs his google reviews. He said he would not even discuss fixing anything until I pad in advance for the rest of the work NOT completed which was less than 5% of the total contract value. I was not going to give him any more money until he agreed to fix things he had already done wrong. Its easy for him to state this with no backup and make it sound like he is innocent. What else is he going to say. His work slowed down so much he finally looked at his reviews. He did the same thing to the other reviewer on here who posted in 2021 and he is just now responded at the end of 2024, years later. Stay away, there are plenty of ethical contractors out there. And please message me if you are considering using him.

Guy showed up, took photos of my roof, was about there about 10 minutes. Paid him $400 cash-- He did NOT patch or fix the leak because it was still leaking the next day. He returned a few days later. Said he "got it this time". Again, it was STILL leaking. He refused to return & do the job I paid CASH for. He should be ashamed of himself for taking advantage of a single mom. Do NOT recommend for roof repairs. He didn't refund my money for not actually doing what he was hired to do.

I would highly recommend Roof Monster for your roofing needs!! From the first meeting to the final…read moreinspection everything was so smooth and easy. I had wind damage to my house and shed roof from some nasty storms that came through in early June. I had no idea what to expect or what to do. It's not like my roof was blown off, a bunch of shingles in different locations were broken off or sticking up in the air. Andy came out to inspect my roof and explained all the damaged locations and why they can't just be nailed back down or just replace the damaged ones. He took the time and answered all my questions, which was a lot. I called my Insurance company, filed the initial claim and Andy took over from there. I didn't have to deal with the insurance adjustor nor their inspector. Andy met with them and handled everything. All I had to do was pick out what color of shingles I wanted!! Within a few days, supplies were delivered to my house, stacked neatly and ready to go. Day or 2 later the crew showed up to start the roof and dang they were efficient. Everyone of them had a job to do and they worked non-stop and finished everything. You could tell they were a highly experienced crew, that roof came off so fast! They put tarps on the ground to protect my deck, flower beds and keep the nails from being lost in the grass. After the roof was completely off they immediately started on putting the new felt paper and shingles on, and had a worker on the ground cleaning up the old roofing and throwing it in their dumpster. After the guy had the ground cleaned up, he used a rolling magnet to make sure no nails ended up in the grass!! Andy also stopped out during the day to check in and see how things were going and if I had any questions or problems. Everything was so smooth, I can't even think of one issue during the process. I can't thank you enough for making this disaster as painless as you did. I hope I never need roofing services again but rest assure if I do, Roof Monster will be on it!!

But if you don't have time to read this all, just know that Precision Roads is not only full of people who will provide you with a skillful and high quality driveway or parking lot but more importantly, it is comprised of people who are kind human beings. Our driveway was a hot mess thanks to a scam paving company. We were in desperate need of a reliable paver and Precision came highly recommended by multiple people. The owner, Harry, responded to my call right away and came out himself to asses the situation within days. We then had the pleasure of having, Richard, the lead estimator come out and meet with us as well. We came up with a plan and they got their crew out to our house the following week. This crew is a well oiled machine! There was about 10 guys working, including Harry, the owner. It reminded me of a choreographed dance they way each person knew what to do and when. They were able to do our driveway and our neighbor across the street from start to finish within a day and a half. Every person we encountered was pleasant, respectful and seemed to enjoy their job. My kids are obsessed with Blippi these days so they loved seeing the big machines working. The crew were patient and friendly to answer my little ones questions. We are still in awe of how amazing our driveway looks and how much it really elevated the look of our property. We are customers for life!

A week a week of calling for the estimate they only gave an estimate to replace the roof and not what was asked to be fixed. I then called and tried to get an explanation and was ghosted by Jason. 2 weeks later pallet of shingles was delivered and called to figure out why they were delivered. They were going to do the work without any authorization or talk of me paying them. Told them to pick up the shingles which they agreed to. Next day they showed up to do the work thank god someone was home to stop them. Was probably going to try and scam us for a new roof without agreeing to it. Very unprofessional company and would never recommend them to anyone ever.

The site supervisor Branden was very professional and great at communication. He stayed in touch with me describing how the team was progressing. He also made sure the team members took breaks especially given the extreme heat. I gave them 2 and a half cases of water to make sure they stayed hydrated. Meanwhile, my neighbors were fascinated by the technology. They came out to marvel at the 42 foot ladder with the motor and pulley system that delivered supplies from street level to the rooftop in seconds. It spared workers backbreaking stress and made the project go faster. I really needed a new roof and roof drain. My ceiling was leaking. Your estimator, Josh, was intelligent and explained the roofing process clearly. As for the estimate, the price he provided was very fair and I was so happy with his presentation. He didn't pull scare tactics as some competitors did. Some of them also wanted to charge 30 percent more. The office staff was also great at conveying information. They were nice, efficient and easy to talk to. I called up 9 roofing companies. I'm glad I picked S & G. He also showed up exactly when he said he was going to, gave us a very fair price for a roof repair, and then came back to do the job exactly when he said he was going to. Richard and his team did a super job, cleaned up after themselves, and were very pleasant and professional. I've since had Richard install tile and laminate flooring, change moldings, and paint rooms. All the jobs were beautifully done. Again, Richard gave me fair prices, showed up every day at the scheduled time, and made sure that everything was tidy before he and his crew left each day. When he finished the floors, he actually cleaned all my interior windows because he didn't want to leave any tile dust! I've referred him to friends, and I know that they are also very happy with his work. I'll definitely call Richard whenever I'm thinking of any home repair or improvement.
