When we need work, we bring our cars to G.I. He is friendly and fast and accurate. He will fix it if it's broken.

I finally found a auto repair company that does business the way it should be done!…read moreHonest, fast, polite! They will now be our household's new place for auto repair and upkeep. Our Nissan rogue flashed a warning that there was no oil in the car and to pull over immediately. Which we did. We were confused because there didn't seem to be any oil leaks, and the oil plug looked like it was still in place. (my husband neglected to tell me he stopped checking the fluid levels monthly.) As our previous auto mechanic closed his shop, we hadn't had a chance to find a new one. So we looked on yelp and noticed clutch auto was only a few miles away although they seemed fairly new. They had only a couple reviews, but they were positive. So I decided to give them a try and called them and made an appointment for the same day and had the car towed to them. They did a full inspection and did not see anything wrong with the oil other than it needed it. They suggested an oil change however their inspection showed that there was some work that needed to be done on the suspension I requested photos however they had already taken them, which really impressed me seconds later they sent me a full report, including photos showing what needed to be repaired and why. By the end of the day, all the work was done. And I picked it up the next morning. I'm really impressed that they did NOT try to say other work needed to be done, as most other places would. Instead they were honest and explain that they would consider the suspension was in the yellow zone needing to be done soon, but could be put off a little bit if necessary. The cost for a full synthetic oil change was much less than five minute oil, However, I asked if they had a senior citizen discount they did not however they did have a 10% off first time customer discount, which brought the full job (oil change/suspension work) significantly in price.

Estimate didn't match final bill quoted 1250 pick up car and it's 1600. Beware. Took over a…read moreweek when told two days.

I got all four break pads and two front rotors replaced for just under $500, which is about what I paid back in Chicago for a similar job. They had my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk for about 3-4 hours and completed the job the same day with no issues. Thomas, one of the owners, is a real cool guy. I kept calling him Chris for whatever reason and he was totally cool about it and politely corrected me and didn't get frazzled when I continued to call him Chris for reasons unknown. All the other staff were very friendly as they smiled and said hi when entering the yard and office for the facility. Their couches are surprisingly comfy and even though it has a hole in the wall appearance, it's very comfy with free K-cup coffee (Starbucks at that) and a huge TV with cable, Netflix, and all that fun stuff. I'm happy with their work and the friendly atmosphere and I'll definitely be coming back to these guys to get some more work done when needed.

They don't handle that detail of work so i checked A Pit Stop reviews out and hoped for a miracle, an easy fix. Got it towed there the day before Thanksgiving. They looked at it the following Monday. Bad news, Rocker Arms/Camshaft was shot, leaking oil cooler gaskets and needed a new battery. I braced myself for a $4000 quote. Was only $2600. Monday diagnosed/Tuesday repaired in full! Even gave me a 5% discount! Will be taking my fleet there for the heavy duty stuff from now on. Thanks guys for the quick work!
