They provided our personal information to the installer we found. The Floor Store salesman is either petty or is ignorant of law.

We were impressed with Flavia's knowledge and professionalism when she came to review the project for the estimate. She asked questions to understand our needs and wants. She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. Pro Floors' cost estimate was in the middle of the three estimates we received. But, our choice was based more on our experience during the initial visit than anything else. We were not disappointed. I thought I was going to have to replace all the flooring in the house. Denny pulled up the flooring, inspected the floor joist to determine what needed to be done. After pulling up the floor I was relieved that the damage was not as bad as I thought and it could be repaired. Denny spent time going over with me on how to dry the wet wood, spray it with a solution to prevent mold, and told me he would be back in a. couple of days to see how it was drying out. Denny came back out and the wood was dry and the floor was ready to be back installed. Denny installed the flooring, did the dry wall work that needed to be done made sure everything fit perfectly. He did an amazing job repairing my floors. Denny was honest and told me he could repair the floor instead of saying he needed to sell me new flooring. He even went the extra mile and put up new dry wall in the wall. If you have any floor issues, I would highly recommend calling SAWS flooring.

She asked me how many sqft my house was, when I responded I did not know because my husband is the one with the information, she threw an actual tantrum. She told me we did not know anything, when she never even let me finish a sentence. I held my tongue during the entire conversation. I would highly discourage anyone from going here based off of my experience with this lady. She needs to be removed from the business or she needs to retire if the company wants better sales.
