I had a few questions and Invisalign and the responses I got have left me very upset. Emma was so rude. She was very disrespectful and very question I asked she replies with an attitude. When she spoke about the doctor she made me think the doctor must be a dragon woman by Emma's facial, hand movements, tone of voice and wording. Why hire an employee if they talk so poorly about you, no wonder why your office was dead at a hot time appt 4pm. All I can say is that I will NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THAT OFFICE AGAIN. The first time, it rang a few times and then disconnected. I thought the call failed, so I called again. Rang a few more times than the first time. This time, you can hear the person answer the phone and intentionally hit the button to disconnect the call. The third time I called, they answered and muted themselves. I let them know I just needed an emergency visit. Still mute. Unprofessional and at that point, wouldn't want to be seen by someone who handles potential patients like that.

Your first impression with a dr office is always over the phone to set your first appointment. Wow! So friendly, professional and helping you over the phone answering as many questions as you might have. Setting up the appointment was easy and filling out all your new patient forms online was as well. We knew that our children do need braces since they were little (every pediatric dentist have been telling that to us based on the X-rays). Your little ones will need braces! So, we cam here preparing ourselves that it will be a long treatment that's not fully covered by insurance. First of all, Dr Ghosh is pretty awesome with children. He took away all their nervousness by engaging them in conversation, explaining and keep checking on them if they understand the treatment plan and how to take care of their braces. He also cracked little jokes here and there to make them smile and laugh, which is pretty awesome! The staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly. We had to come in couple of times to fix some issues on their braces. And we were able to get same day appointments and get any issues fixed right away. They also offer payment plans for patients which is great and thankfully they deal with all the insurance claims and I don't have to worry about a thing! And I can already see some improvements just after a month of wearing their braces, my kids teeth look already so much more straight! And it gives them such a confidence boost! We absolutely love Dr. Ghosh and his team here in Allen!

On Oct 7 I went to my appointment at Hill Orthodontist. While going towards the front of the…read morebuilding between two cars I stepped up on to the front of the side walk stepping up I slid into the concrete like a baseball player no kidding hand and all as if my hand was the mitten due to tripping over this two inch step that's on front of Hill Orthodontist. I never have fallen so hard just glad that I lifted my neck and jaw because I would have surely slammed my face unto the ground and caused great bone fractures. The employees that work at Hill saw me fall and I went in I was so shaken and dazed I sat down that a family that was there was trying to help by pointing the sanitizer to put on my injury and they voiced that it had happened to there child as well. As I sat there and asked for band aids, the employees were mentioning that it has happened to them as well that they also had tripped. One employee mentioned how some lady got so hurt to the point of shattering her knee when she tripped over the same thing. While I'm hearing this I'm getting so upset that it's happened to 5 people with me included and that's just the few they mentioned not sure if there is others!? I was given the developers contact number to voice my incident. If this has happened to you and you would like to make a complaint here is his name and number: Brad Nelson 214-837-5074 by the way he isn't friendly at all and has an aggressive tone. He said he can't worry about everyone and I said to him that he should care about people's well being that I had gotten badly hurt. I wasn't getting anywhere with him since he said he only heard one other person complain and that's the lady that broke her knee. I mentioned that others have also tripped and gotten hurt and well he brushed me off by saying they haven't called him to voice it out. (I guess people only call if it's damaging to them ) So please if you have gotten hurt or have tripped on this property do call so he can fix the issue before someone gets injured even worst. I wish I was warned to be careful and to look out for that slanted step/bump since they knew that this happens at there front office. I mean I was sitting in my car after taking pics and saw how a mom and child stepped on that line bump and almost fell "both of them"!!!! This is them going out of the building!!
