A Google search led me to Dr. Bronsky whom answered the emergency line at 9pm. I explained the situation and he was thoughtful and caring. We coordinated an appointment for Monday morning and he personally handled the situation. His staff was professional, caring and friendly. I read the prior reviews from years ago but can attest I don't recognize the practice described in the posts. Highly recommend. I have a happy kid again.

I called Dr Bronsky's office to see if they could see him and estimate repairs. They flat refused to see or schedule him. Not at all helpful, borderline rude. I later contacted Dr Kraut's office and the asst saw him immediately, but did not have the right tools to effect repairs, but gave us some dental wax as a temporary fix. Later, Dr Caruso's office did see him the next AM and ground down the sharp end and inspected the appliance. Neither office charged us for the effort and were friendly, cheery, and nice to my kid the whole time. Decide for yourself - who do you want to pay $5000 for braces to? Which office is going to schedule you in when there's a problem with your braces? The choice is yours - I am just reciting our experience with all 3 offices.

I believe it's more respectful to give them a chance to rectify a complaint first. FYI, it is a Historical building so there is no wheelchair ramp, bring a portable one :)

The…read morelast time I was at AMD my dentist was Dr Dao, a Black woman with a Caribbean accent who did exemplary work. I had a tooth that had broken and she rebuilt it with compound. It held for three years and then crumbled on Christmas Day a couple years ago. It took me some time to get an appointment because Medicaid was giving me problems. But I finally got in. The guy did two things: 1) He adjusted my dentures so they would fit without adhesive. 2) He told me the tooth needed a crown and my insurance wouldn't cover it. I should mention in passing that he never told me his name nor did he address me by mine. When I tried to explain what Dr Dao had done and ask him why he couldn't do the same as she had, he barked at me "I am not arguing with you." and he threw me out of the room. I've no idea if this was Nelson or someone else, but his behavior towards me was appalling and if that is what they call "dental care" they can keep it.

The tooth was removed and it was by far the best dentist I have ever experienced. Minimal post op bleeding did not even saturate the first gauze.

Honestly that there are things you cant control, especially if you are disable with muscular disease, Ms it is not convenient and easy for sick patient to come and see adequate Dr office or dentist. Real doctors know this when we take our promise oath to care. why do we bother to go to school if we don't practice what we learn. I work 35 years as a registered nurse and assist Dr for surgery and I never felt so offended and disrespected in my life. I called before time and honestly winter gave me problem with my car tires at a snow blizzard. I have a nurse to drive my car since I have drop wrist and foot. I can't risk her life either. I cancelled so that way at least someone else could use the appointments. I have serious medical issue and it's not easy for me to live. I also have an irregular heart when I cx my first appointment. I cannot control my neuromuscular disease as MS. A lot of doctors understand this and know how to accomplish patients needs. I'm surprised as a family practice this is permitted . The manager should go back to school and retouch her education, how to treat elderly and permeability disabled patient. You are reported with false advertisement care and refusing to treat a patient is neglecting patient needs. Thank you.

She billed the insurance company the wrong tooth number on one of the teeth. I felt that she didn't place the fillings in well so I decided to go to another dentist my next visit. This dentist claimed that Dr. Evans took too much of the tooth out when filling the cavity, sacrificing the structure of the tooth on both teeth and thus I needed crowns on both of them. In addition, this dentist stated that she did not completely remove the cavity from one of the teeth. I decided to obtain a second opinion from another dentist and he confirmed that both teeth needed crowns because there was too much of the tooth structure removed when Dr. Evans removed the cavity and filled it and it may break in the future.
