Starkman seemed very nice and gentle 5 years ago when I first started seeing him which was refreshing coming from an dentist who was not, but he lied to me about fixing a failed crown, and just drummed up a bunch of unnecessary work for his associates that has failed me and now I see him as a greedy old man with a superiority complex who is only available for a month or two out of the year. The hygienists are aggressively covering up the failures of the dentists who do restoration work there, when he's on vacation. Everything here is overpriced(and will probably fail you within a few years), and smile club is a scam. Don't waste your energy on starkman and his revolving door of inadequate associates, like I did. Get some better toothpaste without the harsh abrasives, take a oral probiotic and get a hygienist who doesn't cover up other dentist's failures!

His staff is always friendly, whether it be having a general conversation about how you're doing or talking to you about any particular concerns you have. They are always on time, and I have never had to wait for my scheduled time. They have called me ONCE to tell me they were running 15 minutes behind and asked if I wanted to reschedule. They are all warping professional and kind from the moment you walk in the door!

I called Dr. Kane office and explained the situation, got an appointment the next day. Dr. Kane and his staff were courteous and accommodating. Dr. Faggioli was great. She explained what she was going to do before each step. She was careful to minimize any pain during the extensive procedure. Ended up creating a temporary crown to deal with the tooth break. While being treated, I was impressed overhearing the interaction of Dolce's staff with patients and callers. The same day of my visit, they followed through to forward the clinical notes & xray to my dentist back home. If I lived in this area, I would definitely make Dr. Faggioli & her Dolce Dental my regular dentist.

When I was calling to make my appointments my calls were met by compassionate and friendly receptionists.
