They said it must've been the scanning tool that I heard. That's a blatant lie. They then decided to give me no pain medication or anything whatsoever. I have a dental emergency and they knew this beforehand. Do not trust these people. I was 8 minutes late and because of that they weren't able to even tell me what was going to be done in the future to fix the tooth. I understand that I was late but a simple sentence out of the dentists' mouth would at least have put me at ease knowing what we were going to do about it. I get it. Time schedules are strict and I respect that. What I don't respect is the fact that I now have no choice but to go to an urgent care for antibiotics and a plan. They cracked an already broken tooth and tried to gaslight me into thinking it wasn't true. Unbelievable.

When the patient arrived for the appt. with the appt card, the receptionist was unapologetic, uncaring was less than sympathetic, and escalated the situation. The patient became visibly upset and cursed at the receptionist who then threw the patient out. The receptionist said she would never apologize for her part in the escalation with an upset client. Customer service gets a zero.

And when it comes to dentists I learned the importance of doing your homework the hard way. A previous D.D.S. (Who I randomly selected‍) I just wanted to preface this; however, I'll be Brief. My previous dentist botched my root canal. He didn't seal it properly and it became infected which killed the root of the next tooth over. I was in extreme pain. In spite of being booked for the day, They took me in as an emergency appointment as per referral from my mom and treated me right there on the spot. I was in so much pain we all know how horrible dental pain is, don't we?! They got me out of pain and set me up with anabiotic's to clear out any residual infection, then they completely fixed the root canal that my previous dentist botched,and treated the other tooth where the root had been killed and rescued me from a horrific weekend of agonizing pain. And gave me a treatment. The dentist who treated me was even moderately or as funny as a dentist can be to a guy in pain, but more importantly he had skills! It is hard to find excellent service. And when it comes to your mouth, you can't be too careful. I highly recommend them and I am not easy to please.

They were completely dishonest about how my insurance company works. They don't care that a human being is in pain, not sleeping, not eating and face is swollen to three times normal size. This is the second time my family has been lied to by this practice. If you want to be a worthless number that's not human this is the place to go.
