I was given a bottle of water to tide me over before my appointment. Little things like that make a big difference. I had an implant that had fallen into disrepair and was unusable. Dr. Choi had the arduous task of removing the implant close to the nerve. He was able to perform the task with a minimum of discomfort and time spent in the office. During the procedure, Dr. Choi was entertaining, personable, and humorous. I had a great time talking to him and the hygienist was actively engaged in her work and the conversation we were having. I normally don't get too ecstatic about dental procedures; however, he managed to make it a pleasant experience. We just clicked, and I felt the experience was rewarding. He gave excellent instruction for after care, which resulted in only a small amount of pain. His follow up appointment was quick and made me feel comfortable that everything went smoothly. I waited a few days after my dental appointment to post a review because I could not stop crying. (Don't worry they are all tears of Joy) Dr. Cerny's office is nothing but professional. Each member on her team plays a vital role. Alice is wonderful she goes above and beyond helping patients figure billing out so we don't have too. Amanda the dental assistant is always smiling and a will go out of her way to make you comfortable. Lisa the dental hygienist is real gentle and the whole time she is cleaning your teeth she's educating you about proper care of brushing/flossing. I have never touched that charcoal based toothpaste again! Even the new girl Kaylie it's like she's been there since I became a patient. Everyone there is awesome all kind and respectful.
