My friend has been in the dental business for 22 years and has recommended Dr. Park to at least four of her friends and all had favorable remarks. My first visit to the Doctor's office was how punctual and friendly the office staff was. I found the office to be well organized and clean and meticulously arranged. Before I went to Dr. Park I looked up her reviews and read the many comments, which turned out to be my own experience...Dr. Parks was so gentle that I did not require any novicane in my two fillings procedure. I personally would recommend Dr. Parks to anyone looking for a new dentist.

In all my life I never had a dentist that I looked forward to the visit. That all changed when Dr. V took over the office. I have had three crowns replaced and they are still going strong and fit perfectly. He uses the strongest materials and does not use metal. He is very attentive to your needs and always makes sure you are completely numb in the area he works on. He checks constantly on your comfort level. I can tell when he is working on my teeth that he is a perfectionist, checking and double checking everything. I have had zero pain when he works on my teeth and that is the comfort we should all expect. His staff is exceptional, attentive, and the best all around. They even worked with my insurance to remove extra charges that should have been covered. Really surprised at the 1 star comments, but I am sure that is his competitors using bots to downrate him. I say this because every time I am there, the parking lot is full, unlike the previous dentist. When I moved to Albany, NY the last great thing I expected was having the best dentist ever. I can truly say Dr V. Is the best

I completely understand that things like staff call-outs happen, but the way this was handled was disappointing. When I called to reschedule, the earliest available appointment was another month out. I asked if I could be prioritized for an earlier opening given that my appointment was canceled on their end, but no accommodations were offered beyond being placed on a general cancellation list. It's frustrating because patients are typically charged fees for late cancellations, yet there doesn't seem to be the same level of accountability or effort to make things right when the office cancels last-minute. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to take my business elsewhere. I would recommend confirming how this office handles scheduling disruptions before booking.
