He went above-and-beyond anything I've ever received or would expect from a dental professional, and took time to research what might be causing a number of my issues that weren't even dental related. It has been around 8 months with no crowns. One of the teeth worked on by steinburg actually broke down all the way to the gum and now has to be surgically removed. The office is clean but the work they do is most definitely not up to par. I went to my general dentist they said all three root canals were done incorrectly and need to be replaced. Two were done by steinburg, one was done by a female dentist that is the only one that is actually some what fine. The other tooth worked on by him has no filling on the inside and is open currently.

Everyone at the office is warm, efficient and highly professional. The hygienist immediately put me at ease (even under the more challenging circumstances related to Covid) and did an excellent cleaning. Dr. Richard Ross did the examination after the cleaning and answered my questions and was very knowledgable and reassuring. The entire process was painless. I intend to return and to schedule appointments for my children. Highly recommend this practice.
