First and foremost, I have nerve damage for three years now from the dentist in this place. The receptionists are horrible. The dentists are ROUGH and rude. THE DENTAL HYGIENISTS ARE THE BEST THOUGH. I also want to mention, This place will try to sell you on teeth whitening, They purposefully made the lighting in the office super yellow, and all the wallpaper super yellow, so that when the receptionists make degrading comments to recommend you services, they lowkey hope you look at your teeth in their yellow ass bathroom. I've been going here a few years and have had mixed experiences- great periodontal care but spotty work on crowns. Also interactions with staff have been varied from warm and professional to very odd and cold. I've definitely been upsold on products and services and seen my "treatment plan" price change hundreds of dollars while novacained up in the chair, forced to sign! So disappointing. I made an appointment a while back for my three-year old for his first-ever dentist appointment. A week out, they decided to move it (via text, not even a phone call) and then said they could not reschedule my son for another month. I would have expected they would be more accommodating, given it was their sudden change - not ours. Also, when I went for my own cleaning last month I noticed they are very happy to upcharge you for other services. I've never seen so much blatant upselling at a doctor's office, it's pretty unpleasant. They've lost 3 paying patients as a result of their disappointing business practices. The worst place around and it's not even close. They charged me a ton for a cleaning and the dental hygienist didn't do anything. Literally 300$ to pretend. Also I got a post and crown from them and it's the worst experience I've ever had. They overcharged by at least 1000$ and it looks rotten. My family has been coming here since we moved to Hudson in November 2020. We've had no issues until today, when I forgot to cancel my appointment after coming down with a stomach bug. When I explained this to the receptionist, she smugly and uncompassionately said I owed $50 for being a no show and that there were no openings to reschedule. Is it possible to give this place no stars? I paid them $25 to send copies of my x-rays to my new dentist. I called them twice to confirm that they were going to send them before my upcoming appointment. My new dentist called once and when I showed up for my appointment they had not sent them over. Since then, I've called them at least 7 times about refunding my money and have yet to receive a definitive answer. This place is terrible. read more

I am 60 years young and in the final stages of a long and painful reconstruction of trying to regain that "Pepsodent Smile", I once had. Dr. Soloman is a thourough and and accomadating "no nonsense" dentist, that I am proud to have work on my mouth.( I refer to him as the "gentle giant"). I guess it all depends how much you are willing to pay for a million dollar smile. Dr. Piezer and Dr. Soloman are quality dentist's with exceptional skills and bedside manners that make them a pleasure and a privalige to be around. They both could open up a dental practice from the trunk of their cars and I would still be in better hands than I have been in the past. The office staff is a first class, top shelf group of ladies(girls, it's almost Valentines Day) that make one feel welcome and are always willing to work with the patient. I know that is what they get paid for but, there is a big difference between a willingness to work and getting paid to work.He(Dr. Soloman) inherited a well oiled machine from Dr. Piezer. I have been going there for many years and plan on continuing. I have witnessed nurses, office secretaties as well as dentists not afraid to pitch in and help each other out when needed. That's teamwork As far as Ashley D.'s comment It's been my experience that there is usually two sides to the story. We are only reading one side of the story and there may be more to this. My wife had a similiar story as well as myself. I to needed dental implants and needed to have teeth removed. Dr. Piezer referred me to Soloman and we came up with a game plan to achieve my intended objective. You need a plan to make it work and take the Bull by the B?lls and proceed. I absolutely love this place. I have only had good experiences here.. I have been a patient for years, starting with Dr. Altman. When he retired, I was so nervous thinking that no one could possibly compare. Then Dr. "Painless" Pizer came into my life and I couldn't have been more pleased. He is exceptional in every way, not only as a dentist but as a person. I truly don't believe that there could be anyone better to take care of my oral health. I have waited months at a time to see him and he was always worth the wait. I actually enjoyed going to the dentist! That's not to take anything away from Dr. Solomon. I haven't had much experience with him, but my husband has and he really liked him. There have definitely been some issues regarding canceled appointments, long waits to be seen, etc. I have been reading some of Dr. Solomon's replies to Google reviews and now I see why. I was so sorry to hear about Dawn, Neffi, Mechelle and Dr. Solomon's troubles. Also, AnaMarie retiring. She was a gem. I was aware of Dr. Pizer's injury and amazed that he was able to return to work so quickly. He's incredible. I recently received a phone call telling me that the practice has been sold and the new owners would no longer be accepting my insurance.. Devastating! I'm not bitter about it. I know that it's out of their control. I am just so sad about the whole thing. I will miss this place and Dr. Pizer so much! After reading about the whole situation, I am so sorry that it has come to this. I saw how hard Dr. Solomon was trying to keep this place running but I guess it just became too much. I wish him a happy and healthy retirement! I don't know what, if anything, will change with the new ownership but, as long as Dr. Pizer is still practicing here, I 100% recommend Nothing But The Tooth for all of your dental needs! read more

I couldn't be more disappointed. I went for a cleaning in which I confirmed through a text message. No where in the text message did they tell me that they had scheduled appointments for my children. So they tried to charge me $100.00 because I hadn't brought them. Sadly this is only where it started. The dental hygienist was beyond rude in arguing with me about changing my address which she proved to herself that I had done and their office never changed. During my cleaning. She was so rude and rough that she pulled my crown right out of my mouth! Then left it on floor for over a half hour! In a place where the dog wonders freely! Really??? I have never had a problem with my crown and most people I talked to after my appointment have had there's way longer then me. Now, at my expense I have to pay $490.00 to have a new cap put on. I'm not even sure they cleaned it before they put it back in my mouth! I feel it was clearly her way of getting me to pay for the mix up with my children's appointment. During my visits she explained that all the patients of the practice had been trained poorly but she had plans on fixing and retraining us all. All I can say is rude. Treat people the way you would want to be treated. I am paying for your services. So now I sit and wait for for an infection from a dirty cap or for it to fall out and cause me unnecessary pain because now that it fell out it's no good! read more

The receptionists are the greatest and very helpful with insurance and scheduling. They are top notch and professional. The assistants and hygienists are also top notch. Once you get in the chair, though, you find cocky and critical dentists who do poor work and are more concerned with getting additional xrays and work than your teeth. I had a root canal and cap done which fell off three times. I returned twice and still the tooth fell off. I was told by the "top" dentist that there must have been something wrong with my tooth for it to fall off and wanted another xray. I protested and said I don't think I need another xray, just a proper cap, but took the xray after he yelled at me. I was told I had an infection and needed another root canal and a cap. I said I don't believe I have an infection, I just want a proper fitting cap. His response was: "So you know how to read xrays?. I said no, but I'll find someone who does. I took my copy of my xray and am awaiting a second opinion. RUDE man that Solomon head man is. Told me "I put aside 1 1/2 hrs "do you know how much money I am losing right now?" (Another root canal done wrong by their office needed to be redone ( They got prior approval from my insurance to redo the root canal and thought my appointment was for that big money maker, not the cap that fell off 2 days after being put on. I don't recommend these dentists at all! I would highly recommend the receptionists, hygenists and assistants,who are truly professional, find another place to display their awesome skills. read more
